This is our third time of renewal for our trike insurance and we highly recommend the brokers and underwriter...
The only thing we would like is to be able to use it for commuting to work in the warmer months as with the previous 2016 one it was covered for that but unfortunately not the new 2025 one...
We are looking at changing in the near future to a can-am and were unsure whether we'd be able to use Bikesure for the insurance cover but apparently 2 people in the customer service have said you do so all's well with that when the time comes...

Have held multi bike policy with bike sure for 15 days. Upon selling one of the bikes which increased the premium by over £120 I was then offered an 11pence refund. Their reasoning was that I was actually only charged £48 to add the second bike and that the remaining payment was for setting up and underwriting the multibike policy. So 15 days of insurance on a 300cc motorcycle has cost me over £100.

From first enquiry to final agreement I had numerous contacts with your staff. Price choice of cover efficiency of staff all great.

Say that an email was sent with my renewal quote but I did not receive it.Quote seemed high so did a check on a comparison site and found my same insurers were quoting £25 cheaper.
Rang Bikesure to be given cometely spurious reasons why the quote was higher e.g.MOT identified that I had done more miles than I insured for. The bike is a classic and therefore does not require an MOT!
They agreed to give me some discount and am still waiting for a refund.Not happy with Bikesure at all
