Staff was extremely efficient and very friendly, also waiting time was to the absolute minimum, very happy with the service I received.

Needed quick and easy temporary insurance cover to collect a bike we had purchased. On reflection I should have just stepped back and used my regular provider and signed up for a full year, for which it transpires, was only twice that of the 7 day insurance I took out with Bikesure. Then came the messages and endorsements needing additional info with no evidence I actually had insurance cover - and all this for seven day cover.

Lesson learnt - be patient and stick with the provider you know and trust.

I was extremely pleased how quick and easy it was to get to speak to a person who was able to resolve my query regarding recovery on older motorcycles from Europe. The call handler was courteous polite and had answers to all my questions about the small print.
I'll be sticking with bikesure the service is great.

Every thing about you especially the breakdown cover

Everything is straightforward, no complicated forms to fill in online. The guys just contact you by email and everything else follows through. Great service. Prices are also very acceptable.

I auto renewed last year, without checking price. Queried this time, got a much better deal now.

Contacted you for a quote on another motorcycle as an existing customer and was quoted 1/3 more than online comparison sites. After spending 15 mins on the phone then getting cut off and spending another 29 mins getting a quote to add to my existing policy, I finally lost all hope and accepted the quote as at this point was very frustrated and couldn't bare to contact another insurance company only to go through the same procedure. I find it hard to understand why I can get an online quote in 10 mins from any comparison site yet I get put on hold for over 15 mins ( that's after the initial 10 mins confirming all my details which you already have) so you can check your brokers for quotes. I will not be using you again in the future purely because the process takes too long.
