The customer service was impecable. Thank you, Steve for sorting out out issues with incorrect hardware in great time.. This is the only reason I couldn't give 5 stars. The delivery team arrived on time as arranged.
The unit is beautiful and will be buying another from COKU unit again.

Fantastic piece of furniture. Well made and solid. Fits really well in my space. I love the designs of this future company. The fixing of the feet was super easy and sturdy too. The updates of when my piece was back in stock was on point as was the delivery. Highly recommended

The delivery service was also great, easy to arrange with updates on the day.

The 2 side tables I ordered were delivered efficiently and beautiful. However the marble tops were very top heavy for the column bases making them extremely wobbly and unfit for purpose. The company are charging me £25 for their return even though I consider this a faulty item.

No communication since 13th July
We ordered a dining table on 13th July with an express 1-3 day delivery. Its now the 25th July and I have still not received it. Ive had zero comms, Ive messaged through the website as guided to 5 times and have had one response from someone telling me they'd look into my query. That was 3 days ago and I have still not head anything, not an email or anything explaining the delay since 13th.
Thankfully I paid using my credit card and have started a section 75 request to get my money back.

Delivery service was seamless, they took care transporting the product and I was very happy with my furniture when it arrived. I'm on the look out for new pieces as they come into the shop as they are extremely well made.

This item was a clearance line that proved incredibly popular, and unfortunately by the time your delivery was being prepared our warehouse team discovered that the remaining bases had all been allocated, leaving only the tops. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be informed the day before delivery, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. As a clearance item it is not due to be restocked, but we would love the opportunity to help you find something you love from our current collection. Great quality furniture
Great quality furniture and very timely delivery. It’s obvious they invest in customer service and delivery services. We ordered a TV unit and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Assembly was easy and their courier delivered it all the way to the living room.
