Coku quality and great value
I was a bit dubious about buying a table online but I absolutely had no need to be. We ordered an oak top table with metal legs ( called Ida !) which was absolutely beautiful, great care was taken in not only making this table but in the careful packaging of it and the timely delivery. The whole process from ordering to receipt of the table was very straightforward . It is absolutely beautiful true craftsmanship and great value for money. Assembly was very straightforward with clear instructions, all the necessary bolts, washers and Allen keys were provided. What a great guy Steve at Coku is, kept us informed the whole time, genuinely felt that he cared which is very unusual in the day and age. The delivery company were great as well, arrived on time, very pleasant guys.

Excellent Quality TV Stand & Super Fast Delivery!
I ordered the Caleb Solid Mango Wood TV Stand in Light Brown Extra Large from Coku on 26th February, and I was genuinely impressed with how smooth everything went. On the very same day, their partner courier contacted me to arrange a delivery date. I was given a 3‑hour timeslot the day before delivery, and the stand arrived on time on 2nd March.
The TV stand itself is lovely — solid mango wood, fully assembled, and really well made. It holds my 85-inch TV perfectly and stays completely balanced, which is exactly what I needed. The craftsmanship is great, and it looks even better in person than expected.
The only minor downside was that the cardboard packaging had a slightly odd or damp smell. But to be clear, the TV stand itself was perfect and in excellent condition, so this wasn’t a big issue for me.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend both the product and Coku's service!

Not responding to issues. In that case please deal with my concern and resolve the issue instead of simply aspiring to correct trust pilot reviews
Ordered a mango table. No
Problem with the delivery, however when it came I was not happy with the top. I know you have variations in the wood etc and I am happy with that. My tabletop seems to have an indentation which sticks out and is actually rough on the skin when passing your hand over it. I took a picture and sent an email asking for assistance. That was 6 days ago and I still have not received a response.
Order process was great, delivery was great, but non of that matters when you have an issue and no one responds.
I shall not buy from again, that said if the table top did not have this issue, it is a really nice piece of furniture but it should be as it more than I usually spend.
Update
The customer service representative had no other agenda than to get me to change my review stars. They did call but he seemed to be under the impression that I was available 24/7 to answer. The call came up as unknown mobile number, and I would have thought it was a landline from their offices. I had sent an email but no one thought it a good idea to respond to the email. The representative was hell bent on making me feel belittled, telling me that the table is meant to be distressed, I am aware of this fact. He did not for one minute even accept that when you run your fingers over a wood table, it should not be sharp. Anyway I was not about to be preached to, so I declined the offer to replace because he said the next one I get could be worse, then proceeded to tell me another customer had replaced 3 times and then gone back to the first one they had delivered. So just be aware before you buy. As to the representative, customers have a life my friend and the easy way to have resolved this would have been to my original email. Instead of waiting until I had given my review to actually be interested. May suggest that you sharpen up on your customer service skills, and refrain from being patronising when speaking to customers after they have paid good money to purchase a product from COKU. Your stance is more like the customer is privileged to have been allowed to purchase . To the COKU ceo, this is why I will not change my review .

As explained during our call, this particular table features a distressed industrial-style top with a 3D texture, which is an intentional design element. These subtle undulations and saw-mark style textures are designed to add depth and character to the piece, and are part of what makes this style of table so popular.
During our conversation we did offer to exchange the tabletop for you, however you kindly confirmed that you were happy to keep the current top, as other pieces within this style would feature a very similar distressed finish.

Whitewash Remi dining table 120 cm
After a lot of research I decided to buy the Remi table .
I love it and am impressed. ( I’m fussy ) If you want style , quality , competitive pricing and a company ( headed by Steve ) that gives great customer service Coku is a very good company to deal with . The table was delivered 3 days after ordering as it was in stock .
The 120 cm seats 4 people easily but 6 is possible .
I had a small problem but Steve was very helpful and sorted it out quickly .
