Excellent quality and customer service
I bought some drawers recently from here and had excellent customer service, very quick and helpful responses. The drawers were shipped within a couple of days, and they used a very efficient courier service that kept me up to date with the delivery at each stage with tracking and phone calls and took the drawers upstairs. The drawers themselves are beautiful, and high quality- would very much recommend

Bella Dining Chairs
We ordered some Bella dining Chairs in teal. We were given a 5% discount at the time of ordering. We were contacted by Coku very soon after asking when we would like delivery. This was confirmed by email and the day before delivery confirmed again with a time window of 2 hours. On the day of delivery we were telephoned when the driver was 20 mins away. The driver was on time and very helpful. Great experience with this company and will definitely order again and recommend to others. Makes such a refreshing change in today's world.

Dining table is amazing

Great quality oval table 2m
Absolutely thrilled with my table purchase. Such good quality, easy instructions and fantastic speedy shipping. My only quibble is when we had our delivery slot (2.30-4.30pm)the drivers were over 2h30mins late (we presumed it being a sunday and past 6pm that they wouldnt arrive)and although they were super apologetic due to van breakdown, a quick little text or call to tell us this would have been great.

Beautiful dining table
We recently bought our dining table from coku home after bookmarking it into my internet favourites in March whilst we undertook a kitchen renovation!
Steve’s customer service is second to none - it turns out the table we ordered had been ordered by someone else at the same time and sadly was out of stock, however he was quick to remedy the situation and recommended alternative options! Steve is so friendly and helpful and I can confirm the shipment of the table was excellent, it was very well packaged and you can select the date that works for you for delivery.
The great service doesn’t stop after placing the order as the courier used was probably the most efficient and polite delivery service I have received also which is always a bonus.
We will not hesitate to come back and purchase again from Coku home or indeed recommmed to friends and family.

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service - I've been emailing for weeks without response for an item received which cost over £700 and arrived below the standard I would expect. The item has a nice design but the finish of the stain etc does not live up to the price point and is let down by the finish.
I received a voicemail the day the item arrived as I wrote in to say it was disappointing (despite advising I wouldn't be able to answer the phone - I work from home taking calls all day.) I phoned the number back within an hour and the number didn't answer multiple times.
Every other time I've reached out via email I've been ignored and on the chat function on the website I was promised a reply the next day which never came.
It feels like I'm being ignored as I requested to return the item due to the above.

We can see the image you sent showing some minor overstaining on the top left corner of your piece. Although the issue is small, we completely understand why this would be disappointing, especially at this price point.
We’ve tried to call you multiple times, but haven’t been able to reach you, and we also haven’t received any missed calls from your number. The only other message we can locate is from Sunday via the website chat.
We are more than happy to resolve this for you, and we’ve reached out again but haven’t yet heard back. It’s possible that some of your emails have not been reaching us, and we’re sorry if that has caused any frustration, we have attached another seperate email address which you can respond directly to. We genuinely hope we can get this sorted so that you’re satisfied with both your item and your overall experience with us.

Waited 4 months for a terrible delivery
Whole experience really not good. Sent a shipping notification to us so we sold our existing couch and I booked a day off work to wait at home for the delivery. In the morning they said it was an incorrect delivery notification and it wasn’t coming. We had no couch for 3 weeks. Contacted Coku and to be honest they just didn’t really care and blamed the delivery company (which they chose).
Then they book the actual delivery date. This is 18 weeks after ordering now. On the day waiting at home again it’s 2 hours past the expected delivery time, phone number for the delivery company doesn’t work so whatsapped them nd they said the driver broke down, we don’t know when the order will be delivered. I said I had to leave at 5pm and (scheduled for 12-2) and they said if you can’t accept it we will just schedule another date. Zero communication, zero apology, they just don’t care once you’ve paid.
