Absolutely love our new table !!! Bought the 1.4m size and found 6 chairs that fit easily around it and can even add 2 more. Easy ordering and delivery no issues at all and kept well informed about timings. The table is beautiful and looks great in my new dining room

UPDATED NOW ITEM HAS ARRIVED:
Ordered the Archer acacia sideboard, which arrived 2 months after it was ordered (see my original review for more detail). Beautiful quality and looks lovely in my room - genuinely cannot knock the craftsmanship of the piece. I remain disappointed with Coku’s customer service, however. Not only was there a lack of proactive communication as outlined below, following my original review delivery was arranged within 4 days following a lengthy wait. I was told as a gesture of goodwill, the item would be unpackaged and all waste removed. This did not happen. The item was delivered 4 hours after the delivery window (I appreciate traffic is no one’s fault) and arrived very late in the evening. Due to the rush, the delivery men brought the item in and just left it upside down and practically ran out the house to get to their next location. While I appreciate this isn’t Coku’s fault, it does add insult to injury after what has been a nightmare process. I have since had 3 calls missed calls from Coku, which is hopefully to check all went OK but based on my last conversation with the owner, is also to chase a change in my original 1 star review, which I have done.

3 stars only given due to the beautiful quality of the furniture but let down by utterly poor customer service.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Incredibly disappointed in the customer service. Have waited two months for my order to be delivered with no proactive communication. Am currently on my third promised delivery week, but with no call from Coku to arrange the delivery as promised, I assume this one will be missed yet again.

I spent months researching the perfect sideboard to purchase in memory of my late grandad with inheritance monies. I knew he would’ve been as invested in the purchase of a good quality piece of furniture and I wanted to buy something he’d have loved. I came across Coku and fell in love with an acacia sideboard. The same day I received my inheritance monies I purchased the sideboard, so excited to have a piece of my grandad in my home once again. The purchase went smoothly and money was promptly taken from my account and it was stated on the confirmation page that delivery would be arranged for 1-2 business days.

The next day, I received a telephone call to inform me the sideboard was in fact not in stock, but it would be back in stock a month later and delivery would be arranged. I was disappointed but agreed. The date stated came and passed with no communication from Coku. I contacted them via their live chat function on the website and via email, and ultimately resulted to messaging on social media. I eventually got a response to tell me the item would be available in another month’s time and was provided a two week window to expect delivery.

Now, 2 months later, and I am approaching the final days in that two week window. Again with no proactive communication to inform me of further delays.

It’s the lack of communication and poor customer service that is the most disappointing and will be the reason I do not recommend Coku to anyone.

I cannot comment on the quality of their furniture as I am yet to receive an order that was purchased two months ago.

Following on from a purchase of a table, I am very happy with the style and delivery which was done at ease.
The table unfortunately had a fault which I raised with the company whose responce was within 24 hours. The company took full responsibility offering a couple of solutions to manage the situation eg item could be returned or a discount applied.
Once I shared my preference which was to receive a discount on the item , this was again actioned in a matter of hours.
I have since ordered 4 chairs and feel confident in using this company, one for the product offered and secondly having the confidence that , should one of their products not be as expected. then as a company they shall take steps to ensure customer satisfaction.

I ordered the oxley table which is absolutely sumptuous in person. I am so impressed by the craftsmanship and weight of the table. It honestly is so much more rich in person compared to the photo. So much depth in the wood and its color. Before purchase, I was unsure about the tables size and color and Steve went above and beyond to answer my questions with patience. Very impressed and will definitely recommend coku to family and friends.

The best ever customer service! I ordered a beautiful dining table (Bronx) online from COKU. Later the same day Steve from COKU, telephoned me to tell me that the table was sold out. Steve apologised, offered a full refund and suggested alternative dining table options. We confirmed by email and text later the same evening our alternative choice of dining table (Remi acacia). Steve called me the following day, to confirm the order and to advise that a pair of chairs we liked were also available.
What amazing Customer Service! Steve's personal touch made me feel like a valued customer.
Other companies should take note,
I cannot wait for my dining table and chairs to arrive!

We ordered the Ida solid mango wood dining table in 1m diameter and it is stunning. It is the perfect size for our kitchen and really adds character and a warm cosy feel to the room so perfect for hosting over Christmas time. It's exactly what we expected based on the pictures. Steve was also really helpful and informative when I emailed. Really glad I took the risk without seeing it in person. I will buy from COKU again based on this experience. Thanks again!

Lovely table, really solid and easy to put together. There was a delay with the delivery however I was kept well informed which is good.
We went for the 150cm in the end, in hindsight wish we went for the 170cm but hey ho. It’s a beautiful table regardless.

Ida round oak table 1.2m: I like things that are well made, look quite unique and that you don't find in the high street stores. This table did not disappoint! I love the look and the quality is really good too. The table easily sits a family of four in our kitchen and there is space for guests too when they stay. What surprised me most is the price - very reasonable for what you get and I would have paid more. So, expectations exceeded. The service from COKU was very good when I had a query. The delivery company they use is top notch and the communication is spot on. Overall I am very happy and I am sure you will be too. Buy with confidence and enjoy!

We have just received our Lucca 4 door tv unit and I seriously love it!!! It looks amazing - modern and stylish - and you can tell it's been made with quality materials. Assembly was straightforward - it just required the legs to be screwed onto the unit. There were a couple of short delays on the delivery side of things but the team were helpful and communicative and it was definitely worth the wait.

I ordered a table from Coku. Our order had slipped through the net as no fixings were sent out with the table. After receiving the table from them on Tuesday, I contacted Coku and they arranged to send out a set of fixings, this time let down by Royal Mail as no fixings appeared. Again had to contact Coku, another set were sent via royal mail on Weds next day which finally arrived on Friday. We had further issues with the base and Coku have now arranged for a replacement base to be sent out. We put the table together with the faulty base and the table top itself is beautiful hand made and very good quality. I am hoping for the replacement to be trouble free. COKU have worked hard to correct the issues we have had and I have been told this isn't the norm. I would recommend them as a company the table is actually beautiful we have just had a catalogue of bad luck with this order. Rest assured if you do encounter any issues they will anything out swiftly. I have certainly tested their customer service and would give them 10/10.

The guys were super helpful, ringing me up and updating me on the progress of the chairs. The chairs are exactly what I was hoping for, great quality. Highyl recommend this company to anyone. Professional and communicative in the right moments, felt like they cared.

Delivery was on time, as stated.
