Ordering process was easy and fast. delivery was well organised. The TV unit looks amazing and sturdy. Reduced one star due to a bit of difficulty with screws for the legs. Managed to resolve, contacted Coku regarding my issue and they kindly made a small refund as a thank you for sorting the issue myself. Would buy again.

Just recieved our 1.3 metre Sarah dining table. Woow, it really is gorgeous and perfect for our kitchen/diner. I am sure we will get many compliments when friends come around.

Lightning fast issue solving!
Made my first order of a TV unit. Unfortunately, it arrived quite badly damaged. I sent some pictures on the web chat late on a Thursday evening; by 09:30 Friday morning, they had already arranged for a collection and a replacement to be sent, which I was able to book for Monday.
I don’t think I’ve ever received such a quick turnaround for an issue from a company, especially considering the size of the item!
10/10 for customer service, also a great product!
