I've been with Columbus for a number of years now with my annual travel insurance that automatically renews each year. I never had to claim, but every interaction has been efficiently resolved. Maybe because of their loyalty programme, but my annual premium is surprisingly low considering the benefit package.

Renewal of Policy
I was renewing my poliy, but they did not have my details.
The customer service rep, was very patient and updated my details and issued a new policy.
I was surprised at the +15% price increase, but still seemed to be good value.
This is my 3rd year of renewal!
