Absolutely the worst airport parking I’ve ever used and won’t be again.
Got dropped off at the Hampton hotel Stansted and had to walk to the airport.
On are return phoned the number to collect us and no response for 45min, finally got picked up for the driver to pass me his phone to enter my reg and tell them to get my vehicle ready, and they charge £10 each way to take and collect you, absolute micky mouse two bob out fit

We used SPS Park n Ride Stansted. On arrival back from our holiday we had to wait about an hour for our collection after calling when we'd collected our luggage. We rang multiple times to check what was happening and were fobbed off each time. Other people waiting near us were experiencing the same thing. There was no apology for the poor service and it all felt very disorganised.

Hi, there is a hidden transport fees to and from the airport, these fees will be given to you after you finish the booking, so you don’t have the choice to accept or not, you have to pay when you arrive at the parking.

Collections was absolutely awful and not what was advertised.
30 minutes was the time on your booking form . I called and they said it would be 45 minutes as they were busy which is ok .
After 4 phone calls and an hour and 40 minutes wait we got the car back .(we should have been home in that time )
There were at least eight other families waiting having exactly the same experience.
I would not book this service again.
It also states £10 fee each way for airport drop off it’s actually £13 .
I will book direct with the airport next time which is what I usually do as I am a frequent flier from this airport .
Will never use again for Stansted this company has let you down .

I paid for "Heathrow Park and Ride", which showed with 5 star reviews for a price of £66.

Actual service is £67.95, plus £15 each way for shuttle bus, and is fulfilled by Gregg Maurice, who has multiple 1 star google reviews for driving customers' cars and smoking in them.

DO NOT USE PARK 247 MEET & GREET! We have used meet & greet services for many years and this was by far the least efficient. Firstly on arrival at Car Park 6, Level 5 as instructed there was no-one there to meet any customers. Having spent 10 minutes trying to get through to the specified cell phone number we were told that the rep was now in fact on Level 4. Luckily we had enough time to make our plane. On our return it took 15 minutes to get through. When we did the rep was 1) almost impossible to understand 2) incredibly rude (no good morning/afternoon/hello, just 'give me number!') 3) when we got to the pick-up my car was there, I discovered after searching the car park, but no reps anywhere. Again took ages to call the company, where I was told the key was on my wheel! When I questioned their level of customer service the reply was ' I have a problem with you' and the line went dead.
I hardly ever write reviews but recommend in the strongest possible terms not to give these guys your business. There are vastly superior alternatives available, which have professional systems and polite customer service, and who do not simply leave your car insecure with the key on the wheel!

Awful place, don’t answer the phone don’t get you to the airport on time leave you sitting in a dirty smelly shipping container, then on return don’t answer the phone to collect you finally got through and picked up 2 hours after landing absolutely not worth it do not book here!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Compare Parking Deals. The service was extremely unprofessional. When they took my car, they did not check or record any existing damage and did not record the mileage. I also received no confirmation by SMS, email or paperwork that they had taken my car.

The staff member had no ID or company badge, so there was nothing to show that he was actually from the company. I had to call the company’s number myself and confirm over the phone that he was their staff member before I felt comfortable handing over my car. Communication was also very difficult as the staff member had limited English.

For a company handling customers’ vehicles, I would expect much better procedures, identification and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and cannot recommend their service.

Do not use this company,they are a farce. Booked for meet and greet at Stansted via park247 as used by this site and was told to take the car to level 5 at the green car park. This was a 10 minute walk to the terminal with the kids. Upon our return I booked the car pick up for 4am after a night flight from Cyprus. We stood in the cold at Green carpark and waited 50 minutes which could’ve been longer if not for my calls. Was told the car is coming but my tracker still had it parked on wasteland on the other side of the airport. The driver eventually pulled up saying “I’m just driver” left a ticket then ran. I went upto the barrier and was told to pay £528 to exit even though I’d paid the £13 to exit. I buzzed help and she explained that this company has a very bad reputation for this service,Thankfully after 5 mins of admin she raised the barrier and let me on my way with no added charges… this was booked through compareparkingdeals.co.uk so also another company to avoid. My car was return covered in mud with both the driver and passenger insides also full of mud and dirt…. Dreadful company that should be avoided at all cost.

Extremely disappointing service. I waited around 30 minutes on arrival for my car to be collected, and almost 4 hours on my return to get it back. I was with my disabled mother and my 5-year-old child, and despite calling several times, I was repeatedly told “10–15 minutes” — but kept waiting. Very poor communication and service. I would not recommend this company.

I booked a Meet & Greet parking service in Luton, postcode LU2 0HN. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the advertised Meet & Greet service was not available, so I was instructed to drive to another location to leave my vehicle.

When I returned to collect my vehicle, I discovered that the police had closed the location and all the vehicles had been impounded.

This caused me a great deal of stress, inconvenience and additional expense, including having to pay for an Uber to deal with the situation.

The service I booked was not provided as advertised, and I was left dealing with a very serious situation that was completely outside of my control. I expected a reliable and properly organised parking service, but unfortunately this was not my experience.

I would expect the company to investigate what happened and provide a proper explanation, as well as reimbursement for the additional expenses I incurred as a result of this situation.

Total Scam. Don't go anywhere near this company. Booked Meet and Greet at Luton thinking that this was the official site and that the experience would be the same as East Midlands and Manchester. No. Phoned as required 30 minutes before. What followed was the first of 5 either garbled or unanswered calls. When we arrived at drop off no-one there (the presence of 2 police officers may have been a clue). Made our way to Meet and Greet. This company is not recognised at all by Luton Airport. Had to park and pay at Long Term. Have contacted company. Guess what? No reply.

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Valet Parking Service

This is by far the worst valet parking service I have ever experienced. My experience with Park 247 was extremely stressful, and I found the service unreliable, poorly organised, and completely lacking in customer service.

When we arrived at Gatwick North Terminal for departure, a random individual turned up late wearing a hoodie and flip-flops. He was not wearing a uniform and did not provide any form of identification. He told us he was there to collect our car, but given the circumstances, we were understandably very concerned about handing over our vehicle.

The problems continued when we returned to Gatwick. We called as soon as we arrived, but the mobile number repeatedly went to voicemail. Eventually, we managed to speak to someone and were told our car would be brought to us. Around 30 minutes later, the car still had not arrived. When we called again, we were told that we had never called in the first place, and we were effectively called liars. This was incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable.

The attitude of the person on the phone was particularly disappointing. Rather than trying to resolve the situation professionally, the conversation became argumentative and rude. At one point, after I became understandably frustrated, I was told, “You think you’re a gangster?” This is an absolutely shocking way to speak to a paying customer.

I also checked my vehicle’s camera footage afterwards and discovered that the car had apparently been left parked in an isolated location in Crawley rather than in what I would consider a secure, professional parking facility. This raised further concerns about how the vehicles are handled and stored.

On top of everything else, we were also asked to pay additional car parking charges that had not been clearly specified when we made the booking. Had I known about these additional costs and experienced this level of service beforehand, I would have paid a little more and used a more established Gatwick parking company instead.

Overall, this was an extremely poor experience from start to finish. The communication was terrible, the customer service was unacceptable, and the way our vehicle was handled left us seriously concerned.

I would not use Park 247 again and, based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering other, more established Gatwick parking providers.

When booking online there is no mention of having to pay £13 more for a ticket at the airport. This is then mentioned on the booking confirmation once you have already paid the initial fee online... but no mention there that you have to pay it again on return so £26 extra on top of the shown booking fee. Also you book meet and greet but you meet them at green car park multistorey not the actual meet and greet. Its cheaper to just book that with the airport and you dont have to wait for them to show up late in both directions despite a phonecall telling them your 30 minutes away then 5 minutes away and then you also have a 5 minute walk on top of that to the terminal. I was lucky another driver i spoke to had to wait 2 hours on arrival it was just 20 minutes each way for me. When I tried to complain the driver got hostile shoved my keys in my chest and said take it back then... not a lot of good when you have a plane to catch. When i got back and called to see how long i would have to wait i started talking to the guy on the phone he didnt even say sorry wait a minute he put the phone down and started talking to other customers in the office. I overheard the customer say your driver has been arrested and our cars been impounded for being driven on the road without insurance how do we get our money back and how are you going to pay for our car to be released. the response he gave was thats not my problem you need to deal with that and you can send an email. DO not use absolutely dodgy company SCAM
