I didn't realise I was dealing with a different company, as I always use M&G with Manchester Airport parking.
Please treat this booking as cancelled.

How we booked was fine but the company we used wasnt great and the car was returned to us in a disgusting state which may have damaged the paintwork, the mini bus had a bald tyre and no effort to ensure all were wearing their seatbelts. Gatwick Airport Services did not care or look after our car and no receipt was given as said

Firstly we were told we had to leave our vehicle at the South terminal when we booked for the North as it was full but all others in our party was able to. Secondly we had to pay £10 exit fee & then on return the person on the phone was rude. We then had to pay £14 to get our car out of the car park after they left the keys on the front tyre. I don’t call this meet & greet. Won’t use again.

We did not drop off at the advertised drop off outside the airport. Instead, instructed to go to the Green car park, pay £13 for a ticket and walk to the terminal. We are both disabled and found the walk uphill exhausting and painfull. The same on our return, very exhausting and painful again. We had to pay another £13 to get out of the car park. Our car was returned absolutely filthy, caked in mud exterior and drivers seat. We are not impressed at all.

I have had a range of airport parking experiences and several not good. Used LG Parking meet and greet at Gatwick a couple of times now and great

3rd time this year I am using the forge meet and greet, always get a fantastic reception always a smooth transaction every thing goes to plan the work force are always polite and courteous, one thing the payment changes for acess from airport is it cash or card

Scammers, tried to cancel 1 second after making booking and they tried to charge £20 for that!

You have a company on your list of meet and greet called Shappireparking. I gave my car to be parked on 20th August 2026 and when I came back from Geneva on 22nd August 2026 to collect my car the driver Ali came back with my car a black Honda LD74VGp with a dent in the rear bumper. I pointed it out to Ali and he said take a picture and send it to email.
I did this and left Gatwick airport. Since then I have sent over a dozen emails and made over a dozen phone calls on the landline and mobile number but they are not ready at all. Please help me. 07956252294.

Quick and easy to book, no hassle.

I booked budget meet and greet parking at Luton airport from 5 Sep to 10 Sep 2026 via comparison site. The comoany did not provide parking, claiming that police had closed their parking space. This forced me to book alternative parking as I arrived at the airport. I am trying to claim a refund and it has not been successful so far!

The company whom i booked through your site (Park 24x7 Meet & Greet Stansted) was an absolute disgrace. Advertised as drop off and collection from the orange car park (at Stansted); drop off ended up being the Raddison Blue hotel car park; collection from the Green car park (both significantly further than the terminal). It took them 1 hour and 35 minutes to return my car and over the course of several phone calls (whilst waiting for it), the people i spoke to were extremely rude and rather aggressive ("if you wanted a better service you should have paid more" was one such comment). Needless to say i will not be using your service (or them again) again. I would seriously suggest you remove them from your site. Absolutely con.

Worse car park ever, I was rescued by a couple whi decided not to park there as they saw how bad it was run, I nearly missed my flight, getting back, my flight was delayed by 8 hours, I don't have a problem paying extra because I stayed longer... the issue is I called them 55 times, no one answers the phone, I had to get a taxi to thr car park, they did not collect me, they did not drop me off, they called me back eventually leaving a voice mail asking me if I was collecting my car.
Avoid this car park.... I paid £20 to Shazad Younes as well as the initial fee.

This is without doubt the worst service I have ever received. The driver said he would pick me and my young family up from the airport within 15 mins, we waited nearly 2 hours. Absolutely atrocious. When we picked our car up it was from a dirt track road adjacent to stables….laughable. We will not be using this service again and will not be recommending them either.
