We did not have immediate access to the course we purchased and were given a 1 to 2 day turn around response time to fix. We needed to immediate to start training for a new hire and was hoping to work with this company for all our training needs. But not now.

No test after video to pass and get certfication.
After watching 12 minutes video five times there was not prompt to take test. How do I get the certification if I can't take the test and pass it? I wasted half of the day yesterday trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong. I tried to go to the website and pay for individual exam but they have only group packages offers from aroun $200 and above. Something is wrong.
