Access issue with Industrial Laser Safety Officer Training
I purchased the Industrial Laser Safety Officer training for three of my coworkers. I attempted to assign the training to them through your website; however, they are unable to access the course materials.
I have tried using your online chat support, but it has not been helpful in resolving the issue. Additionally, I could not find a customer service phone number to contact for assistance.
Our company has paid nearly $700 for this training, and we are disappointed that the users still cannot access the courses. This issue is delaying our training schedule and needs immediate attention.
Please investigate this matter and provide a prompt resolution. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible regarding how this access issue can be fixed.

Confusing Website for Course Assignment
The newer website is confusing and difficult to navigate once a purchase is made. Assigning courses is tedious and if a mistake is made, the only option is to have CS help as the instructions do not match the available options on the website. Old website was much better.

Very difficult to use with LMS as admin
The site is very difficult to use and pops you back and forth between the ACLS site and the compliance training online site. For the first time I now cannot assign a course to a new trainee in the way I always have and customer support does bot answer emails.

The involvement of multiple providers required multiple user accounts. Course links and dashboards cannot be bookmarked. Overall, a rather frustrating user interface.

Tried calling support, no one ever picked up the phone, The website is horrible to navigate as an administrator, I can't assign my classes easily.
I will be looking for another online safety training company unless they upgrade the site and ease of use significantly.
