No real interaction with Crampton And Moore. Good price and fast dispatch.
Problem was delivery.
Was suppose to get a call before item was delivered no call just a knock on door. They wanted to leave the American Fridge Freezer out front of house in the rain. After letting them know it was to go through the back door they took it around back and left it half way between back gate and back door. In the rain.
They said they would not take it closer to the backdoor encase they get blamed for damage. They where at the house for 10 minutes and left me with an American Fridge Freezer in the garden. In the rain.

Really rate this company, I received a cooker that was damaged on arrival, seemingly from manufacturer, Harry from customer service was amazing at sorting it super fast and arranging a collection and a replacement. Product was collected and replacement came promptly, all sorted and very happy with my purchase.

Fantastic experience with Crampton and…
Fantastic experience with Crampton and Moore. I ordered a dishwasher however i needed it to arrive in time for a plumber I had booked for an installation. Matt from customer services replied immediately and promptly followed up with the courier company to ensure it arrived on time. First class customer service so far and im sure my new Samsung dishwasher will work a treat. I will certainly purchase from this company again.

I bought a fridge freezer though B&Q…
I bought a fridge freezer though B&Q market place, was given a time slot for delivery from 6.30am to 8.30 am, it didn't arrive, it was a bank holiday so couldn't contact them. I anticipated it not turning up at all, but then got a call from a driver that started work at 9am. Product arrived with defects inside but was functional, I tried to negotiate a price reduction to reflect the defects but we couldn't reach an agreement, they are collecting it for a full refund.

Purchased a TV from Crampton and Moore. The order was processed quickly and sent for delivery. Slight hiccup with the delivery which was due to the carrier not C&M. However the C&M team and Harry working in the CS team were really helpful and the TV was delivered the next day.

Came across Crampton and Moore when looking for a fridge freezer..they were very competitive on price, offered free delivery and kept me informed of my order every step of the way. The item was as described and the delivery guys from arrow were excellent, unpacked and took away the packaging. I would highly recommend Crampton and Moore and definitely use them again.
