Excellent service from purchase to delivery

Bought a Samsung QE55S90-F (25th May 2026) which advertised a 10% cashback. This has not been possible. Offer expired but still advertising this discount. Was looking at soundbars but will shop at JL. Not to be trusted. Avoid PRC

Really easy to contact - Actually went to the store and picked up my order. Really nice guys.

Basically like any big business they rely on 3rd party couriers to deal with the amount of orders they get. The couriers messed them about, meaning the order was delayed. No their fault at all. So I decided to just ring and ask if I could collect and they said of course - Was only half an hour down the road, and could not have been simpler. Spotless showroom, walked in, they got my TV and loaded it into the van - Zero stress, had a quick chat with them and just seem like a very decent company who probably get some bad reviews for things that are totally out of their control.

Cheers fellas, will definitely order again and the TV is absolutely perfect.

The worst customer service ever. Ordered a TV for my In-laws on 8th of May. Received an email from AIT saying delivery will be on 12th. Stayed at home nothing came. Made dozens of phone calls and emails. Response is always very casual “will arrive soon” no regard of any inconvenience or embarrassment I had. Finally I was assured that it will arrive on 23rd. Again stayed home and nothing. After 3 days I received an email from Kenny that AIT is searching your item. If found they will deliver or they will refund. My point is it’s a problem between PRC and AIT why customer has to suffer. Can’t they send another one to the customer and deal with AIT.
Main problem is that they don’t care, they will keep on saying sorry but you know they don’t mean it cause they will not raise a finger to solve the problem.
Please give a little extra and buy from a good retailer like John Lewis.

I am fully satisfied about the service of prc direct. I ordered my Samsung 65 inch Qled on 19 May, 2026. I selected standard delivery but the salesman Suman upgraded my delivery for the next day. That was unexpected for me. The product is also A graded. Just one concern for me was the warranty, I got only one year warranty but in their website it was mentioned 5 years warranty, I called their helpline they said that I need to play the TV almost 2 to 3 weeks, if there is any defect I need to contact with the Samsung customer care as well as for extended 5 years warranty. Hopefully I will get it. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience with PRC direct. Thanks.

I ordered a shark vacuum cleaner, then had a phone call from PRC a few days later saying it's out of stock and they were refunding me. It was still advertised on the website when I checked after, and continues to be. Very poor customer management.

Excellent service throughout. I spoke with a member of the team who was extremely helpful and made sure the order was dispatched quickly for next-day delivery. Great communication, efficient service, and everything arrived exactly as promised. Would happily order again.
