Bought a hand casting kit supposedly for a couple, came the size of a teacup cant even fit 1 hand in it. No refund given, shipped from China took 3/4 weeks to come and wants it shipped back to Germany for a refund.

I ordered some gifts for my granddaughter’s first birthday in good time for 23rd August. To date I have received nothing other than ‘hollow’ updates for missed delivery windows. I clearly should have heeded the lessons of those that went before me.

As you would imagine missing a first birthday has had quite an impact but this has not been recognised other than generic apologies following my chases, I have not been provided with any proactive updates.

All in all I wonder how this business is trading with such a poor customer focus.

Ordered an item and requested a refund as I decided I did not want it. However they refused a refund and gave no reason even though it was under the 30 day refund . I do not reccomend this website avoid!

Also linked to another shop called Furry Friends for dogs. Absolutely terrible scam people. No customer service running me around for refund still not got took £40 and sent wrong item worth about £2 and refusing return and full refund.

Two toys ordered delivery wasn’t too bad however when the toys arrived the main toys packaging was covered in Chinese writing which you obviously don’t see on the advert. The postage cost was 2.95 which is acceptable. When I contacted cuddleberry to organise a return I was told the toys needed to be returned to Germany as this was where their returns warehouse was, customers are not made aware of this when they purchase an item the website is Cuddleberry uk so you would expect to return the items in the uk not Germany which costs considerably more in postage

UK customers should exercise caution when ordering from Cuddleberry

I ordered two baby items shortly before midnight and cancelled the following morning after the baby shower was cancelled Bella told me the order was already “in transit,” despite the short timeframe It later took around 15 days to arrive from Germany, making this explanation confusing.

I was then told by Bella to return the items, but no clear return address had been provided. I was eventually given a German address, and my local Post Office quoted approximately £55, including customs, to return an order worth around £38. These potential costs were not clearly explained on the website or in the correspondence

I was also disappointed that the products did not look as pictured. Based on my experience, I recommend that UK customers carefully check the cancellation, returns and customs policies before ordering.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! o only wish I had read other reviews before I did. They claim to be a family business selling quality toys but they shop from China, which takes several weeks to arrive and when it does the items are so sub standard they end up in the bin. I bought two jelly balloons for my son which burst the first time they were inflated as they had a thin point on them. When I contacted cuddleberry they offered a meagre 10% refund as a good will gesture saying that the damage had happened after use.

Avoid Cuddleberry. I bought a baby wedge pillow which was poor quality and not firm enough. After complaining, they offered me a 40% refund, but over 2 months later I still haven’t received it.

Very poor customer service and endless chasing. Be extremely careful before buying anything from Cuddleberry.

I cannot tell you how disappointed we are with this item. It is absolutely nothing like the product that was advertised and is little more than a piece of felt.
I honestly cannot believe this product is allowed to be advertised in this way and that customers are expected to accept something so different from what was shown.
Please do not make the same mistake and avoid at all cost

Awful customer service!
1. Item delivered one week late.
2. Their policy states that you can return items for refund within 30 days of purchase. However they do everything they can to avoid fulfilling this.

Please avoid them at all costs, the worst company ever. I placed an order and on the same day I contacted them via email to cancel the order and get a refund, and the response I received was that they would contact the shipping department and, if the item had not been shipped, they would issue a refund, for an order they could see had been placed that very same day just a few hours earlier.After repeated emails asking them to update me on what was happening, they replied after 14 days that they would issue a refund within 5-7 business days, and I am still waiting; they have not issued any refund.

Absolutely awful. We ordered the stroller organiser. Terrible. I emailed them to explain that the drinks constantly spill out and they said it doesn’t fit every size coffee cup. I had a regular latte in there. Refused to refund. Refused any kind of customer support. They asked for pictures and videos which I sent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is a drop shipping site for products in china. We bought a kids watch - it arrived however it took 16 days to arrive directly from China and broke within 3 hours of arriving.

For the price paid both items were cheap and very very overpriced. I bought aqua playstation and sensory starter set for my granddaughter and was embarrassed with the inferior quality. The starter set didn’t even have audio functioning and have sent a video to Cberry. Waiting for response

This is a scam website. Do not order from them. They are purporting to be a UK company, yet business address is in Germany with items shipped from China. They are likely going to sell your details in the dark web once obtained.
