This is the first time that I have used the services of this company and I have been so very impressed by the level of customer service that I've received.
My dealings was initially with Megan who went out of her way to ensure I ordered exactly what I needed for my job.
Once I completed my job I decided that I needed an amendment in terms of the addition of a spout onto my water tank. I attempted to purchase an over the counter part from local plumber merchants but unfortunately these firms told me it was impossible. In desperation I went back to this company and asked if they had any ideas of what could be done and IMMEDIATELY Craig and Megan came up with a VERY successful adaptation.
A very big thank you to Megan and Craig for all you have done for me. We now have two very happy Donkeys!
I can HIGHLY recommend this company to others!

Don’t expect next day delivery to be next day
Not worth paying extra for next day delivery as it doesn’t work , retailers blame delivery company and delivery company blaming retailers for not getting it to them on time, and consumer stuck in middle without the goods. Should have brought from Amazon at least they deliver on time?
