We wanted some aaa and aa batteries
We wanted some aaa and aa batteries. Didn't go to the usual sites but found DURACELL DIRECT in GOOGLE SEARCH. We ordered the aaa and were delivered very quickly. Then aa we ordered 2 packs.
We were kept informed all the way through the order, despatch, and when the courier received them and when they would be delivered. They too were delivered very quick. I would recommend this company to anyone plus the batteries have a long life date.

Very straightforward ordering system with a choice of delivery options to suit my needs. The information about the product shows that it is what I'm looking for to power a heated body warmer.

Totally fine
A bit of a clunky website but otherwise very simple to find a compatible battery for my laptop and order. The prices were in line with expectations, not the cheapest out there however it's a name that has built a reputation for quality and I've never had a bad experience with their customer service.

Easy ordering but search functionality…
Easy ordering but search functionality slow. I was looking for a battery code via search bar, but gave up and used menu navigation instead, but had to look in three places to find what I wanted. Price good and buy 1 get 1 half price is a good deal.

Amazon washes their hands of faulty…
Amazon washes their hands of faulty items after 30days now, they leave customers to deal with manufacturers and offer no help, shameful really. Duracell thankfully offered me a voucher for the faulty item. Didn't expect that from Duracell either, thought they would fob me off so thank you Duracell.
