Excellent service from Dyno-Rod. The engineer who came out was absolutely lovely — friendly, professional and, most importantly, very honest. He took the time to properly inspect the problem and explain what was going on, and rather than charging me for work that he didn't believe would solve the issue, he gave me honest advice about what actually needed to be done. There was no pressure and no attempt to sell me unnecessary work. It's quite rare to come across someone so genuine and helpful. I really appreciated his honesty and kindness and would happily recommend Dyno-Rod based on my experience today. Thank you!

Quick efficient professional friendly service

Appalling service, shocking communication, and still no resolution after three months!

I would give zero stars if I could.

Dyno broke my shower door almost three months ago, and I am STILL trying to get the issue resolved. What should have been a straightforward process has turned into an absolute nightmare.

After sending numerous emails and repeatedly chasing them, I was eventually told that the matter had been referred to their insurance company. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing from the insurer. No acknowledgement of the referral, no communication, no update, and certainly no resolution.

I am now having to chase Dyno on a WEEKLY basis just to try to get some information. The communication has been absolutely appalling throughout. Nobody seems willing to take ownership of the situation, keep me informed, or provide any indication of when this will finally be sorted.

It is completely unacceptable that a company can cause damage to a customer’s property and then leave that customer to spend months chasing for a resolution. The lack of communication and basic customer service is staggering.

Over three months later, I am still no further forward. I have wasted time sending emails, chasing responses, and trying to get someone to take responsibility for sorting this out.

Mistakes can happen, but how a company deals with them speaks volumes. In my experience, Dyno has demonstrated a complete lack of urgency, accountability, and respect for its customer.

I would strongly advise anyone considering using Dyno to think carefully. If something goes wrong, don’t expect a prompt resolution or even the courtesy of being kept informed.

I filled a complaint a couple of weeks ago, but have not heard anything back! Dyno, I expect someone to take ownership of this complaint, contact me with a proper update, and finally get this matter resolved. This level of service is simply not good enough.

Quick to answer calls, very helpful and friendly lady. The plumber who carried out the unblocking of our drain was very polite and respectful - removed shoes - and left everywhere tidy after finishing the job.

I had a rainwater drain to the rear of the house that had been backing up following recent heavy rainfall. So bad i was bailing out most of Saturday evening. I had tried the Karcher drain tool without any success. Booked for Monday on Saturday evening. AJ arrived Monday after 10am. Extremely polite. Had an early understanding of where the problem lied having done his initial visual survey. Resolved the issue within 5/10 mind. Ensured the blockage was dealt with in it’s entirety and tested the drain spending sufficient time to ensure all in order. Tidied up afterwards himself, respected the house and explained the 14 day guarantee. Wonderful guy! Thanks
