Enact remortgage service
My overall experience was good, however the lack of attention to my case from my initial application in March until the final week in August before completion on 1 Sept was a little stressful because I was very concerned that I would not have enough time to provide the required documentation to complete my remortgage - which was only identified to be an issue by Enact less than 1 week before completion! So, better planning of more frequent reviews of each case would avoid unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation!

Great online service that kept us 'on track'
Athough an online service the support given was very helpful and informative throughout. We used Enact 15 years ago and glad we thought to use them again to sell. Thanks to Ellie Marshall-O'Grady who explained everything clearly as the process was so completely different from the last time. Re-mortgage experience
I have used Enact for a re-mortgage and they have been appointed by my new lender. In comparison to previous re-mortgages, I have found the process with Enact to be smoother.
I find the portal good and fairly easy to nice. It's nice to have all documents in one place and getting notifications anytime something changes, moves or has been uploaded.
At the beginning, I found it a bit hard to get access to a human to answer questions, but this was eventually resolved and all my questions and doubts were addressed appropriately.
I would recommend and use them again.

Barclays appointed Enact - good choice!
I'm moving my own mortgage and Barclays instructed Enact. I have to say, it's been great.
I love having the portal - somewhere to see all of the documents and progress happening in real time. Emails come through when something has changed so I know to action it.
Donna Hames was really helpful on the phone when I needed to arrange for some funds to be transferred.
She also chased up when the auto message for receipt of funds didn't come through (and messaged on the portal). They do need to get that fixed as it is worrying to transfer lots of money without acknowledgement (don't panic reader - my first payment was auto-acknowledged and all the others went to the same place and have been confirmed)!
That's the only thing they need to fix and it's a tech thing. I'd had confirmation on Live Chat too - a nice addition.

Easy mortgage process
The app to complete the mortgage was really easy to use and all the staff at Enact were nice and friendly when I was required to contact them direct.
Really professional team throughout and would most definitely use again.

Very fast efficient service. The portal showed exactly where we were up to with the mortgage and it was easy to complete the necessary paperwork/upload any documents etc. My remortgage was all done within a few weeks.
