Amazing service and quality
I recently ordered ox cheeks and steak. The service was amazing, the order arrived at the scheduled time in chilled packaging.
The Ox cheeks were unbelievably tender and melted in the mouth, now looking forward to trying the steaks.

Rotten chicken
**UPDATE** - After my first review, Fran didn’t waste a second and got in touch with me to solve my issue. They refunded me and offered further assistance to solve the metter. I’ve appreciated the support given.
I’ve made my first order last week and I have received 2 packs of (rotten) chicken legs along with a flayer explaining that the farmer received a great loss due to an attack to its flock. They apologised about it and said to refund 10% of the value of the chicken legs as a goodwill gesture. I have sent an email complaining about the quality of the meat (unsafe for human consumption), asking for it to be fully refunded, but a week has gone by and I haven’t received a response from them nor their “goodwill gesture” - I am very disappointed and I won’t order from them again.

I ordered an organic bronze turkey for…
I ordered an organic bronze turkey for Christmas and it was delicious. It arrived as expect on 22nd December (a little later than expected but that was no problem). The packaging and insulation was great and kept the turkey cold. I actually stored it in the box with the insulation provided and just swapped some ice blocks out of the freezer a few times (which never fully defrosted) and this was perfect.

the reason for this is due to there customer service, good quality meat. I'm on my fourth order large order and have had two minor issues, both were dealt with incredibly fast and efficiently, very impressed and I feel they also went a bit above what they needed to do to solve the issue.

First Class Organic Meat & Service
The quality of the organic lamb that we ordered for Christmas was first class - totally delicious. The service was also first rate, we couldn't have asked for anything better. I made 8 meals out of the leg of lamb we had delivered so value for money was excellent. Very pleased with my purchase
The meat was really well packed and remained in its pristine condition in my fridge until Christmas. The meat (venison) was delicious and was really appreciated as I managed to nab a 50% discount on the particular joint I purchased. I will definitely order several of these if similar discounts are offered next Christmas or indeed anytime during the year.

What a fantastic product, and service!
We really enjoy goose at Christmas and have a fabulous recipe for soy sauce and apple glazed goose with parsnip and chestnut stuffing and apple chilli and ginger sauce.
The goose we ordered from Eversfield organic was the best we have ever had (including a couple we had in France). It was so tasty and tender, and not excessively fatty. It (4-5kg goose) easily provided six-eight portions, a great carcass for soup and the fat made superb roasties.
The goose arrived on time and extremely well packed. The giblets were included and made a fabulous soup.
We have no hestiation in recommending Eversfield organic and will be trying their lamb and pork soon!

6 kg goose was short for 3 men and 2 women (after aperitif, starters, with vegetables and goose feeding)
no meat and much more fatty than usual.
Was it really an organic goose ???
Never see this in 40 years...
Maybe increase of demand results in decrease of quality and non respect of the organic commitment!
