Avoid at all costs, nothing express about it. Car is parked off airport and you are charged for arriving and departing, if you are lucky it will only cost £8 each time...
Feels a bit like a one man band operation, really hard to get through to phone line when arriving as instructed. Had to wait a long time for someone to collect our car because they hadn't got the terminal update. We were early but would have been late for check in if we'd arrived on time. Wait time for car to be returned was over an hour but ours was luckily clean. We saw another car that had a lot of tree debris on the back.

Wish I'd read the reviews before booking! Lesson learnt!

We always book meet and greet as we are travelling with 2 young children and after a long flight we prefer the convenience of our car being at the airport ready for us.  

Every other company I have used has always been prompt ... it took EXPRESS PARKING 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES to return our car. I first called at 7.13am once we had collected our luggage. I was told to wait in terminal and the driver would call me shortly. After 20 minutes, still no call so I phoned again. I was told "driver on way" .... another 10 mins passed, no call from driver so I called again. Told "10 minutes". After nearly 30 phone calls to the number given to us and a threat to call police, we finally got our car back at 9.00am !!!

As per other reviews, it was filthy. But after the ordeal of waiting so long and seriously wondering if our car had in fact been stolen ... I was just happy to get it back.

Whilst we were waiting there was another family sat waiting too ... they first called about 15mins after us ... so were also waiting a long time.

Very disappointing experience. I’d give them minus stars if I could.

After returning from a lovely family holiday, I collected my car and immediately noticed damage to the driver's side alloy wheel. The damage looked fresh and happened while the vehicle was in their care. The employee who returned my car seemed keen to leave quickly and even forgot his phone in my car at the drop-off. When I asked him about the damage, he simply told me to call the office rather than providing any explanation.
There were other issues too. My car was spotless when I dropped it off, but it was returned covered in what looked like tree sap. I was also given incorrect collection instructions. I was told to go to Terminal 5, only to find there were no trains running, just buses. After waiting nearly an hour, I was then told to go back to Terminal 3 where I had to wait another 40 minutes not what you really want after a 8 hour flight

I have emailed the company requesting that the damaged wheel be repaired over a week ago to . I have a video showing the condition of my car when it was dropped off, and the employee who collected the vehicle also completed a video walk-around inspection, which should clearly show the wheel was undamaged when the car was handed over

They are a bunch of clowns running a corrupt business with no care to peoples vehicles.

Avoid at all cost.

They took an hour to bring the car once we arrived back & phoned up for it; they say its normally maximum 30 mins.

Their customer services was also very curt and difficult to understand (heavily accented).

The car was covered in pollen and such.

Recently used them when I went on vacation, got home and within 3 weeks I have received a parking ticket for £100! Instead of my car being parked safely and legally it was left overnight in a pub car park. I have sent several emails to request that they contact the company to pay the fine but not had any response. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour!!!!

incorrect info given, wait times for collection were a lie, items stolen from car & 2 weeks later, received a parking ticket. I dont believe they park the car in a secure car park, im convinced they park on a road. they take no responsibility & refuse to communicate.

We  waited OVER 2hours . I gave the driver a call after 45 minutes of waiting he spoke Very rudely said can’t you see airport busy. 
There are so many other companies dropping and picking up cars continuously. Our car had still not arrived. When I tried calling the driver to find out how far he is. His rejecting our calls. 
This kind of service is not acceptable 
Finely after over 2 hours when our car was bought to us it was damaged. There was a huge scratch on the door and a huge dent near the wheel.
I have on several occasions and have sent so many emails. I am having no luck getting a reply. 
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

Do not use this company. I waited 2 hours for them to arrive they said the battery went flat. They turned on the cabin light and left it on for 2 weeks. Company is a joke

Waited an hour for collection on arrival at the airport and almost missed our flight. Waited two hours for our car to be returned and were made to travel from T3 to T5 to get a car. Complete joke of a company.

Very rude and abrupt slow service.
Dashcam removed and USB cables unplugged
Travel mugs removed from cup holders and placed on the floor which split causing a horrible smell in the car.
Paintwork was like sandpaper when returned.
Paid and extra £20 via bank transfer to get my car back as flights were cancelled resulting in arriving back the following day, 10 times asked for a receipt so a claim can be made, stilll no receipt.
Car is 3 months old and looked like a 10year old car when returned. Absolute cowboys that shouldn’t be allowed to operate a parking business from Heathrow. If I could give 0 Stars or less I would.

CAR TURNED UP WITH A SLASHED TYRE. THE STRANGE AND EXPRESSIONLESS DRIVER SCURRIED DOWN THE STAIRS LIKE A GUTTER RAT BEFORE I COULD CATCH HIM.

CALLED THE FIRM'S NUMBER AND THE CHAP SAID THE TYRE WASN'T FLAT WHEN IT LEFT THEIR SITE OR WHEN THE DRIVER DROVE IT. CLAIMED IT WAS SLASHED DURING THE 2 MINUTES THE RAT ESCAPED AND I INSPECTED THE VEHICLE.

SO IF TYRE WAS OK WHEN LEFT THEIR SITE, THEN ONLY THE DRIVER COULD HAVE PUT A BLADE TO IT. PROBABLY BECAUSE WE KEPT CALLING HIM AFTER BEING AN HOUR LATE.

WE WERE STRANDED AT TERMINAL 5 CARPARK WITH A 7 YEAR OLD ON A LATE SATURDAY EVENING. NO SPARE AS ITS AN ELECTRIC CAR. THE AA MANAGED TO GET US A TAXI AT ABOUT 3AM AFTER THEY COULDN'T ARRANGE RECOVERY STRAIGHT AWAY. EVENTUALLY RECOVERED AND BROUGHT BACK CAR TO OUR HOUSE MONDAY MORNING.

I'VE USED MEET AND GREETS IN THE PAST AND SERVICE WAS GREAT. UNFORTUNATELY I CHOSE THE WRONG ONE THIS TIME. NEVER AGAIN!! TAXIS OR TRAINS FROM NOW ON.

HAVEN'T BOTHERED REPORTING TO POLICE OR MAKING A COMPLAINT BECAUSE EXPERIENCE TELLS ME I WON'T GET ANYWHERE.

CAR WAS ALSO FILTHY BTW.

ON THE PLUS SIDE WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY ANY MONEY AS AA WERE VERY GOOD, AND I SUPPOSE WE SAVED £200+ BY NOT GOING WITH OFFICIAL PARKING LOL.

ANYWAY, THANKFULLY WE ALL GOT HOME SAFELY, AND I MANAGED TO MAKE THE ARSENAL PARADE :)

Avoid at all costs. They should be called “Meet, struggle to translate, pay £16 extra to exit the car park, wait an hour then Greet.

Called 30 minutes before as required, driver arrived 25 minutes after I arrived - I'd see a guy waiting around, but didn't know it was him until he called and asked where I was (next to my car). No uniform / company branding, no paperwork / ticket / handover sheet - felt very stange handing over my keys. Had to pay the airport carpark fee on top - it calls it a "airport levy" when booking so not clear.

On return, they arrived within 15 minutes of me calling - as good as one can expect. Handed me keys and ticket and walked off - no check of the car.

Result: Only 3 miles on the clock so good there. As soon as I got out of the car park and in proper light, I could see the windscreen was covered in tree sap. Got home to find the whole car covered.

Probably wouldn't book with them again. But apart from the tree sap - they took the car and retuned it, so good enough for some? No customer service to speak off, felt very unofficial.

Supposedly a meet and greet service! Upon arrival , even though as instructed I’d telephoned ahead 40 minutes in advance, there was no one to greet us, no signage and no designated parking area. Several phone calls later and another hour later a driver arrived. He was great, however the phone operator was not .Extremely poor communication and clearly English is not the operators first language. Indeed it’s almost as though the operator is lacking any form of intelligible language at all.
So having left my £40k car with someone I’d met for a few seconds we hastened to the departure lounge which we were now an hour late for.
We’d been given a receipt for the car and told to ring the number on it upon our return. This we duly did only to find that the number is either an answering machine or disconnected. To say this was a little concerning would be an understatement.
I have a tracker fitted on my car and the app clearly showed that it was parked 1.5 miles away, unlocked snd with the boot open !
Strange as it wasn’t like that when we left it !
After many frantic phone calls to various numbers ( none of which were on the receipt) the operator ( after many many attempts to say the words “ driver is coming “) assured us that all was good and we would get our car in 10 minutes.
Except, I could see my car on the app! And it wasn’t moving . Not after 20 minutes , nor 20 , nor 30! Many more phone calls and an hour later I could see my car moving albeit slowly . Great ! But the boot is still open!
More phone calls “ tell driver boot is open “ etc. Completely unrecognisable sounds eventually deciphered as “ yes driver is coming” .
Another 15 minutes snd the car arrived.
I didn’t recognise it at first because it looked like it had been re sprayed a different colour ! In fact it was totally covered in tree sap, leaves and what presumably was albatross poo . A pigeon isn’t capable of anything like that sort of quantity!
Once again the driver was charming.
I wouldn’t use this company again and I wouldn’t recommend them to snyone else either.

Awful, never use again. Cost was OK but now I see why. Rang 30 mins ahead, was then waiting another 40 mins AFTER arrivall at terminal. Many calls made to chase. Couldn't understand a word as the drivers have foreign accents.
On return we rang after collecting luggage. After many calls and a 50 min wait, they finally arrived. Car was filthy. Totally not a Meet and Greet. Would be less hassle to park off site and bus yourself in to the airport. I sent an email of complaint which has been totally ignored. Surprise surprise

Very late collection of car. Delay in delivery and car was clearly parked in side road. Very unprofessional service

Do not waste your time with this company. Very late to pick up and to drop off. Difficult to get through to them. When finally dropped off the car was a mess. The driver who dropped off explained that the car was parked at a wrong location.

Terrible.
Extremely late in picking up the car and delivering it again, despite several 'phone calls. Was very dirty - obviously parked in a street somewhere. Settings all changed unnecessarily and to top it all got a parking ticket for a date we were out of the country.

Express Parking Heathrow Ltd were late to collect - we nearly missed our flight
On return I received a £100 fine as the car had been parked in the Hilton for 5 hours after collection!
AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!

Horrible company. Car arrived 45 mins late despite us giving plenty of notice. Very poor communication with no clarity about when to expect the car. Customer service was rude when we asked where car was.
