bad company, DO NOT BUY from them.
Their company phone number does not work. The contact website on the warranty is not active. A really bad company. I'm going to have to visit them in Dudley.
The owner called Cihan EMIROGLU is Turkish and the company who provide the cookers are from Turkey. They are called Ferre - Femas Group, I've contacted them, you can find them on LinkedIn.
The cooker I have keeps turning off, which is dangerous because it is gas. I'm going to find out what ombudsman or small claims court I can take them too. Will update soon after I have spoken to Citizen's advice.

The delivery driver was not experienced enough. The bottom of the oven was bent,I had to straighten it myself. The oven is good and the hob is good but the quality of the oven wire shelves let it down

A great buy. Looks like it will fit easily and neatly and give our kitchen a very stylish upgrade. With it's classy looks, quiet fan motor and carbon filters we're very pleased with our purchase. Bought a mini cooker with 2 hotplates the same. Can only use one at a time. Can't understand why there is two!!!

You can use both hotplates at the same time, but they will share the power, so neither will reach full heat when both are on together. To get full heat, only one plate can be used at a time. This is a built-in safety feature to prevent electrical overload.

Poorest possible quality and Customer Service
I have just unpacked this cooker which I ordered via another company and there are parts missing which can only be the fault of Ferre. I wish I had read their reviews before I ordered it because if you read all their negative reviews you will se that nearly all the replies are the same that they will look into things but it does not look like they really do any thing> What serious company id afraid to have a proper customer service department that can be contact normally by Phone, Chat and email and that they really answer you and solve the issues and not just send answers that they will change things> I am so glad that I ordered via Amazone where my issues will be dealt with PROPERLY. Also when unpacking I was VERY disappointed with the poor quality of the Product. Really it is a 0 star product with matching Customer Service or lack of it !!
Update:
If you read my original review then you can see where the product was bought and I do not think you sell that many Cookers via them every day. I have also contacted you DIRECT and via Amazone regarding the missing parts. Also even before ordering the product I sent a question to your sales dept and till today I have never received a response. I still went ahead and ordered but my question was not answered until the product arrived and I saw for my self.

After sales service , what's that ,not from Ferre !!
Purchased a Ferre cooker hood from Ferre for a new kitchen .After2 months the lights failed .Initial contact with Cihan Emiroglu seemed positive .Send a video demonstrating the fault , we did ,but then it had to be a WhatsApp, we sent .Since then ,stunning silence ,phone always engaged e mail from myself and kitchen company unanswered. Dishonest ,disreputable company ,once they have your hard earned cash you won't hear from them again .Stick with AO ,Argos or Curry's, you at least will.have some redress if needed.At least they arent indifferent to the customers problems unlike Ferre .

My cooker is under warranty and keeps breaking down
It took me several weeks to get Ferre to book and engineer to come out and fix via their WhatsApp messaging The engineer repaired the fault but recommended a new element replacing as it was likely to blow again ,he also said for a new cooker that the knobs shouldn’t keep falling off
The cooker has stopped working again and I have sent a WhatsApp again but so far no response
This cooker is only 10 months old and so far has let me down twice and I’m going to have to pay for extra warranty to cover for the future
I think the company needs to put into place a better customer service access than a WhatsApp message I noticed Ferre has replied to the good review but not to mine
