Product accuracy, super speedy delivery. No problems at all!

We needed a 50cm extractor unit to fit the confined space in the kitchen. The Ferre unit was just what we needed. The appearance, quality and functionality are spot on. The only thing that let it down slightly for me was the flimsiness of the two filters grills. We are going to have to be very careful when cleaning these.

Please do not order anything from this company! If there's any issue with damage and you have paid cash you can say good bye to your hard earned money.
Ordered a cooker that was delivered damaged. Collected the following day but has since refused to refund due to the product arriving back at their warehouse unboxed. It was never boxed in the first place just the normal polystyrene and polythene packaging.
When collected there courier refused to take the packaging.
Its a good job I paid with a credit card.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. STAY CLEAR!

BULLIED INTO REMOVING REVIEW TO GET MY MONEY BACK FOR A FAULTY ITEM.

THIS SELLER IS DISGUSTING AS THEY JUST BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THEM SELLING FAULTY GOODS, BECAUSE THEY WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS THEY THREATEN WITH LEGAL ADVICE AND BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THEM BEING AGGRESSIVE.

Cooker arrived on time. All OK apart from not having the advertised storage drawer at the bottom. This was a selling point for me due to one oven & very little space for trays etc in my place. Instead, there is a screwed shut metal flap.
Have contacted Ferre by email with photos as requested but no reply at all.

First cooker hood arrived damaged. Contacted company and dealt with Furkan. Collection of damaged hood and despatch of new hood started immediately. Furkan kept me updated throughout process. Extremely pleased with new cooker hood, excellent quality and very reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to deal with this company again for any future needs. Highly recommend.

found this cooker after lots of searching for one with a Wok burner.
the price compared to other like this is very competative indeed.
Ordering was very easy via your website and delivery was only 3 working days and the delivery guys even brought the item into the kitchen for me.
The cooker has now been installed and my wife and I absolutely delighted with the item.
my only small gripe would be that you don't offer an uplift of the old applience, or at least I couldn't see the option when ordering.
All in all definately one of my better purchasing decisions.

your customer service is not even to mention i send an email from my email since 2 weeks no replies from your side i send a whats app and teh reply was after more than 24 hours call teh engineer as if i dont know that wooo what a great reply , we shell not use your services again ( to be fare the product looks good not implemented yet but seems a decent quality ) this is how customer service can destroy all teh efforts provided by the manufacturer .... keep sleeping fellows

Not arrived - royal mail have not delivered no response from them or Ferre Uk

The appliance arrived damaged. After several days emailing back and forth we're at a stailmate, the company want to pick the oven up and deliver a replacement at a later date rather than send a replacement at the same time as picking up the damaged oven, personally this makes no sense whatsoever. All I want is a replacement or a full refund, all they seem to want to do is argue. Now I originally posted this review on the 16th of September, but the damaged oven has been collected from myself and I'm still waiting a refund. They're certainly not what I would call a reputable company especially when in their response they stated that it would be dealt with. The damaged oven was returned over a month ago now. We've now gone into yet another month, it's now the 5th of November and still no refund, still they're looking for a way out. They need to check their own terms and conditions as well as the consumer rights act of 2015. Definitely not a company I would use again or recommend to my worst enemy.

People don’t buy their products. I own a company and we imported from them. Their quality is bad and the aftersales service also! We made the order and when it came, different product came. Save your money and buy some other brand

Ordering was easy and delivery drivers were very helpful I cldnt asked 4 a better service. The gold cooker was far better in real life than sering it on line .
