misleading delivery information
Unfortunately when placing my order, I did not notice that at checkout I was redirected to make payment via 'shop'. As a result, a wrong billing address got copied from my old order, and the next day delivery option that I required, disappeared, leaving me with the 2-4 business day option. As it is not possibly to cancel an order by other than emailing the seller, I emailed the seller asking to either cancel the order (so that I could place a new one with next day delivery) or just upgrade to the next day delivery. The seller replied saying the order was on its way. I checked the tracking info, but it would not give eta. I got back to the seller who assured me that we would receive the order the following day. This was critical as an engineer was already coming to install the appliance in the evening next day. Next day we kept checking and asking for tracking updates, but there were none. The seller again told us that the delivery was happening that day. By the end of the business day, the seller told us to contact parcelforce directly, where the phone queue was 60 min long, while the automated answer referred back to the online tracking (with no updates). We ended up wasting the engineer's visit, and our time, as there was no delivery that night. When the item was finally delivered a day later, it turned out that the seller had not upgraded our order to 'next day delivery', despite us specifying it in the comments to the original order and in the subsequent explicit request. The appliances (two gas hobs) seem to be very good, there is just a tiny defect on one: an exterior metal sheet, being a bit warped, sticks out a little bit, which we hope to fix by sealing it with silicon.

Great product
Great product, stylish and easy to erect. The only criticism is that the cable is set to the right at the back and my plugs are on the left. Hence the four stars. Otherwise goes well in my small kitchen.

Got mini oven and tripped my electric 3 times had to record a video to send proof and yet I’m still waiting on full refund. Trying to get hold of them is a joke. Wouldn’t ever order of them again.

Appearance is ok.
After installation the main burner goes off after sometime. Later on high flame it started spitting yellow flame in between. The main over tends to open more often while using.
The front bush has some manufacturing defect. It was not fit equally with other bush.
Contacted service, via WhatsApp. Requested specialist to come and check but turned down. Later no reply at all.
I will think twice before buying any product.

Everything good except the legs are not…
Everything good except the legs are not sturdy enough and the whole oven wobbles. I had to repair one leg as it couldn’t handle the weight when manoeuvred from on its end to upright after fitting the legs.

I was apprehensive about this item. I ordered the Ferre dual fuel cooker as I desperately needed a new cooker only to read the negative reviews later. I must say that the customer service is almost non existent. Only eventually got informed when the delivery is after requesting updates for so many times. The cooker itself works well and looks good.
