Original fire lights stopped working…
Original fire lights stopped working just after guarantee ran out. No replacent lights are sold. However, support was understanding and gave discount for new purchase. Time will tell if this one lasts longer.

Customer service, Aberdeenshire delivery
Ordered a stove and accessories on a Sunday picked delivery for the Friday thinking that was enough time for it to be shipped and arrive on time (Aberdeenshire Scotland) unfortunately the company did not ship the order until the Thursday, emailed customer service to query this, the reply I got back was rather snippy saying it would be delivered on the Friday ( which turns out to be a downright lie as the postage label clearly says 2 day delivery so it was never going to be delivered on the Friday) I emailed again to say unfortunately it's not going to be delivered until Monday after getting an update from the courier. I was thanked for the update and they were sorry about the courier delay ( there was no courier delay) not even an offer of postage refund. Can't comment on the stove itself as I haven't tried it yet due to the late delivery.
Update. After a number of emails and in the end having to send a picture of there own label the company have accepted there was never going to be next day delivery to Ab postcode and they have refunded the postage costs. I'm sure im not the first this has happened to but hopefully I will be the last and there delivery options will be updated. Added an extra star as it was eventually sorted out.
