Quite honestly superb on all fronts. Easy online booking, easy to find, lovely comfy reception to sit in with friendly staff including the lady who deals with payments from Flying Medicine. Second year with Dr Ahmed is first class. Super friendly, super efficient, but never making you feel hurried. A joy to be looked after by him. At my age, keeping the process relaxed is worth its weight in gold. Literally, can’t find fault. Anybody within the entire south east should be going Flying Medicine’s way in my view…even further afield come to that these days. Thoroughly recommend if you didn’t gather by now.

I have been a professional pilot for over 40 years and I can without doubt say that the service Nomy Ahmed provides is excellent. The experience from beginning to end is reassuring and respectful. I had an issue that resulted in the suspension of my medical. Nomy gave me advice and reassurance during the period which resulted in a successful revalidation of my class 1 status.
