Clean offices, efficient and polite staff. I Had FAA, EASA, UK CAA Class 1 medicals and a drug test all in one appointment! Admin took time to help me split my invoice according to Authority.

Friendly and professional team
Nice, clean and welcoming environment. Ladies at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Doctor is amazing and funny, but at the same time very professional.

Class 1 renewal
Class 1 renewal completed efficiently and by friendly approachable staff. Booking process via the web straightforward with plenty of forms to be completed signed and uploaded. Easy parking in the allocated spaces at the site in Watford.

I had my Class 1 renewal today and both the receptionist and Dr. Ahmed were both very friendly. The process overall was very quick and very efficient. Will definitely be coming back for my renewal next year!

Receptionist and doctor were both very welcoming and yet efficient. Everything is very well organised, but still friendly which eases what can be a stressful situation. I was treated with great courtesy and professionalism and would thoroughly recommend this organisation.

Straightforward and friendly
The medical was straightforward and quick. I was greeted warmly by both the receptionist and the doctor. Throughout the whole assessment the doctor was friendly, approachable and allowed time for questions. I am extremely pleased!
