I have regularly purchased genuine Doulton water filter cartridges for my Franke kitchen drinking water filter tap since we installed it 16 years ago. Due to a safari issue at my end, it appeared that Fountain-Filters were out of stock, so I scoured the internet and this resulted in me purchasing a filter that turned out not to be as described from an alternate supplier. I called Fountain Filters and they were very helpful in supplying genuine cartridges once more at a sensible price. I will be sticking with Fountain Filters for my future needs.

Wishing to replace our salt based softener, Simon was prompt, informative, and patient whilst I deliberate my options.
We opted for a OneFlow+ whole house filter. Although this has only been installed for a couple of weeks we have already noticed the small amount of residue build up we previously experienced in the kettle no longer exists. We also will have to recalibrate our use of shampoo etc downwards. All in all pleasantly surprised with the results.

I purchased the Dolby One Flow back in 2020/2021. Initally I found that the product did not meet my expectations as I hadn't realised the system we bought was a conditioner as opposssed to a softener and the difference between them and the operational costs etc. I was offered a free replacement filter and later it was suggested that I opt for a higher Media Volume as our water is VERY HARD. Simon is very knowledgeable about water and so helpful! I had initally thought of getting a different system but Simon explained what I had purchased vs the options out there and I realised that actually the Dolby One flow higher media volume would actually better for us as opposed to a Harvey system. He also helped advised on the boiling water tap I purchased. Really informative and helpful. We've recently installed all the cartridges and waiting a few months to see how they perform but have noticed a positive difference with water taste and skin.

Received clear, unbiased, practical advice from the start. Delighted with the dual filter system we purchased & had installed 18 months ago. Just changed the filters and happy to say the after sales service is entirely as good. I will be returning for many years.

Simon - what a star! From the moment I sent an enquiry about changing our water filter system due to our Eco3 system being discontinued, to asking for help during and after installation of the new one he couldn’t have been more helpful and approachable . We purchased the Fountain Filters Standard replacement filter system to replace our discontinued one and it arrived very quickly after ordering.

After we had successfully installed the new system we had a minor issue with a small leak. A quick call to Simon who suggested the unit might just need tightening up but if after tightening it was still leaking he would send out a new o ring . We followed the advice and managed to tighten everything up and it now works perfectly with no leaks . We are so pleased with our new water filter system and feel reassured that should we have any further issues Simon will always be on hand to help! I tried to find this UV lamp at a reasonable price all over Europe. They are quite common in England but no company except Fountain-filters was willing to ship one of them to Sweden. The package arrived promptly and was well-packaged and in one piece
