This is our fourth purchase from FOW, we have always had excellent service. Harry was particularly helpful, he seemed very helpful and knowledgeable.
However there was quite a damp smell in the car that I mentioned, it seemed to get worse on the drive home. I tracked it down to wet mats.
The car drives nicely and very pleased with it.

AVOID dealing with this company.. such a joke
If I could give this rating a no star I would. From the day we picked our car up there was issues, not being cleaned on connection (filthy). Had to wait an hour for it to be cleaned, windows wouldn't go down, big dent, scratch on the door that wasn't there when we agreed to buy it, light inside didn't work, window spray on window wipers didn't work. So hard to be sent back in after a week to be sorted, took 2 weeks to do that. Then it went in again for other minor faults, so had to go in again. Now there's an electrical error that nearly made us break down on the motorway. And they've had our car for 4 weeks so far. They told us they couldn't find the fault, then 3½ weeks later said it was done and just waiting on a test drive. That was Wednesday and it's now Monday the week after still no test drive. They still have our car now.. Tried to reject the car as we have had so many problems with it and we've only had the car for just over 3 months. Please AVOID dealing with this company. Beyond a joke

Excellent Customer Service and Sales
Overall quite a good experience. The Web site is easy to follow, Customer Service was excellent, the CS rep we had was Debby who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and got back to me with questions I had about the car very quickly. The car we chose was reserved for us (without a deposit) and we viewed the next day. Once we made up our minds the salesman, Euan was very understanding, pleasant and friendly without being pushy. We picked up the car 3 days later after it had been valeted and serviced (service book stamped!) and after final paperwork was handed over we drove off. I must add that we part exchanged our old car and got a realistic discount against our new car. Please note, the price you see is the price you pay, no wiggle room so don't be disappointed if you are refused further discount.

I’d arranged an appointment to view a car and take a test drive. Booking in, getting keys to look around, no issues. But when it came to the test drive, asked to wait and someone will be along shortly. However, nobody came along, and left sat around like a lemon. After an hour, and a promise that someone will
Be 10 minutes, which had long since passed, I gave up and left.
They lost out on a sale. Can’t understand how you can have an appointment for a test drive but was left waiting around for an hour before just leaving frustrated.

ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY
Would avoid FOW of winsford absolutely messed me about, brought a car set up the finance ready to walk out the door to drive off got told I can’t take the car because my part ex hasn’t been valued by the men but she gave me the valuation over the phone and I had signed all the finance, they wanted to give me £4000 less for my car, then they wanted to set up a new finance for over £600 a month for a 2022 Audi they must be having a laugh, so had to stay over has it was 2 hours drive back home and back again the next day, I lost money and time, the manager Sophie needs to learn her employers how to sell cars instead of dreams, I would be here all day if I had to write what has gone on over the weeks, now iv had to send back logbook just so I can get my deposit back after a month and iv done all the calling and chasing, iv had to cancel finance, insurance, tax, absolutely disgusting the way I was treated, avoid the place!!!!

We appreciate that you raised a number of concerns regarding the vehicle's preparation, service history, brakes, tyres, paperwork and your experience during collection. These matters have been reviewed in detail, including the additional photographs, documentation and witness statement you provided.
Following that review, we did acknowledge areas where the experience could have been better, including the final presentation of the vehicle and an administrative error relating to the recording of a £250 payment, which was corrected and did not result in any financial loss.
However, the evidence available did not support all of the allegations raised or establish grounds for us to accept the request to return the vehicle for a full refund. We appreciate that this was not the outcome you wanted, but our decision was reached after reviewing each element of the complaint individually against the available evidence.
We recognise that you remain dissatisfied with our response, and we are sorry that your overall experience has left you feeling this way.
