I never received my phone
I never received my phone. It is stuck in Louisville and it has been very difficult to either get another phone shipped or a refund. Also to get a refund you want me to sign an affidavit. Please refund me my money.

Not a good experience
In the past I have been a happy customer of Gazelle but not so this time. My Iphone was shipped but I never received it. Gazelle kept putting me off and when it finally allowed to claim the shipment missing I had to do the leg work and not Gazelle. The claim process was also frustrating (the first try they could not locate and then rejected second try with a technicality. Looks like I'll look to others vendors in the future.

Never received.
Ordered product that was advertised as “in stock”. Told it was out of stock and a replacement would ship out when available. Replacement shipped on July 5th. It’s now July 20th. No response from Gazelle customer “service”. Filed PayPal dispute. Would give zero stars if I could, and I would absolutely not buy from again.
7/22/26 still no reply from Gazelle support even though they replied immediately to my review. And FedEx says package never in their system

Needed a phone with more memory
Needed a phone with more memory, but not fancy. $120 plus shipping for a two-year newer phone. Gave it an overnight charge, swapped sims, and we are up and running. Don't forget to run your backup on the old phone to the cloud first. Phone arrived second day after I ordered. Gazelle.com is awesome.

Package lost, took months to get refund
It’s been nearly 3 weeks since I have placed my order and I have received no updates. I have contacted gazelle via the email given on their site multiple times and have not received a email back.
Edit: after I posted this review, gazelle reached out to me and after another month and a half of back and fourths, I finally got a refund. Even though they had the tracking number and could see that it never arrived, they still had me hand write a affidavit of loss and send a photo. My handwriting is bad due to a countless number of disorders and disabilities so I had to have another person write it. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.
