Excellent service again from GBV…
Excellent service again from GBV Cheltenham. Have hired twice now, first was with Mark (I think) and today was Tony. Both great and GBV are my first choice for van rental. Smashing it!

Booking the car was easy and the staff very helpful. Good value for money too. As I drove an EV for the first time I was expecting a bit more information and guidance at the beginning which wasn't easily forthcoming but other than that I would highly recommend.

My new go-to car hire company
Having given up our car over 20 years ago, I've used many car hire companies over the years, sticking with Enterprise for the last 5 after very patchy 'service' from the others. Enterprise recently raised their prices astronomically which forced me to look elsewhere, and I'm so glad I did! I hired an EV from GBV (Worcester) for 4 days and the price and service was fantastic. There's no way you could hire an electric vehicle from Enterprise for anywhere near the price, and GBV were just as welcoming and relaxed as I found Enterprise to be. I think I've found my new car hire go-to.
