Professional, friendly and efficient
I have found GBV rentals very professional, friendly and efficient each time I have used them both on the phone and in person. The service is easy to use, economical and there's a good choice of vehicles. The booking process is very straightforward and I have also found the service flexible when I've needed to extend a booking.

Great Service from Tony Perks at GBV Rentals…
I rented a 3.5T tail lift to help my son move house. Made the booking over the phone and dealt with Tony Perks in Cheltenham who gave me a 5 star service.
I knew the return time would be tight so at collection I told him and he said to ring let him know and he would give me an extra 30 mins if required.Which I did and he was as good as his word but I didn't have time to fill up. When I told him on arrival with only a couple of mins to spare on the additional 30 mins, he let me go and fill up. I was back in 15 mins and offered him a tip for his service which he declined.
Tony Perks, great ambassador for GBV Rentals and they/he will be the first I call if I need to rent again.
