Gourmet /Lloyds Bank renewing service
I am a member of Gourmet through my Lloyds bank account benefits. Some weeks ago Lloyds emailed me to confirm I would continue with Gourmet as one of my benefits. However on the 10th July by membership expired and it was not renewed until today 20th July after I sent 2 emails. This delay has cost me benefits. Following the emails, the online team have been very helpful, but I should not have to do this.
