Vehicle change
For my vehicle change, online and Chat system not great, but I got there eventually, then lost it all as the system failed, very frustrating, 1/10. Infinitely better service when I spoke to Lynda Mavir on the phone, who spoke English well, was easy to understand, polite, considerate, helpful and a pleasure to deal with, 10/10. Shocked to learn that to cancel annual policy in fourth month there would be no refund at all. As a long standing customer with Grove and Dean maybe I should have been more familiar with the conditions.

The only thing I dislike is that there is no phone number and I dislike chatting with AI. It is horrible, please do provide a phone number.
