Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the refund amount and understand your frustration.
As a broker, we incur costs when setting up policies with insurers and aggregators. The Financial Conduct Authority permits us to charge a fee that is considered fair and reasonable. Waiving this fee would mean absorbing those costs ourselves, which we’re unable to do.
Our fees are clearly outlined in the Terms and Conditions, which are presented and agreed to before the policy is purchased.
Regarding the refund, as explained in the cancellation letter, refunds are issued 30 days after the cancellation date. We can confirm that your refund has since been processed and returned to your account.

Broker fee too high for classic car policies
two stars for not putting a pdf file in the renewal email, enabling the 'one click' option and two stars again for having a very high broker fee for classic car insurance, it was almost the same cost as the actual policy itself, you need to reduce the amount of broker fee you charge for low premium cars. two stars for taking the renewal money from my account, even when the old policy was still valid for a couple of weeks, but i must say, they were almost the cheapest, even at renewal time. STAFF ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL THOUGH, other insurance brokers include a simple pdf file so we can click and check the premium ON THE GO, so to speak, you need to do this because some people are very busy in this day and age, we dont have time to mess about with passwords and links sent to emails for verifications, I don't like the way you take the renewal because someone did not reply to your email, this is wrong and uiu nerd to change for the better and make the app human friendly, the apps is pants, the amount of times I have to keep logging in even though I'm already logged in, just doesn't make any sense at all, when I get a chance, I will remove the automatic renewal feature from the app, we are busy people who don't have time to faff about

You have not repaid the premium from my home insurance that you took early on the 26th August before the end date of the policy. As I cancelled that policy before the start date, I would expect my £400.53 to be repaid now.
