I had to phone the Guinness partnership today and they were very polite and very helpful and sorted my question out then I spoke to the customer services and the lady their was also very pleasant and helpful with her answers to what I asked her

After having trouble with a wet room drainage pump, out of hours customer service was great. Kept us updated constantly throughout the period of time, decanted without hesitation and covered all costs.
