I ordered flowers to be sent to Canada the address was verified flowers were chosen payment made and a confirmation received - and then 4 days later I received an email saying that you were unable to proceed with my order as you didn’t have an agent in the area- my brother confirmed that he uses an interflora outlet in the town where I was sending to, so yes I am disappointed with the service

The flowers were not fresh and half dead I saw them myself!
The flowers were not fresh and half dead very disappointing even though I said something about it asking for a refund through PayPal the response was not taking responsibility for it offered a 15% discount on next order no thank you will not use Interflora again. The flowers were not fresh at all I saw them myself when I saw my daughter and I don't care what you thought they most definitely were not fresh at all!!!!

Thank you for making the delivery so quickly. My uncle had just passed away and I live 12k away. It was wonderful to be able to send my Aunty some beautiful flowers so that she knew I was thinking of her. And she loved them.

Happy overall. However not happy with the very plain (black ribbon) I would have preferred a brightly coloured bow to match the display. Perhaps customers could choose.

I found the process of ordering to send…
I found the process of ordering to send flowers overseas complicated and fraught with difficulty. Very frustrating.
The flowers were delivered on time but there was no message passed on. I wrote out the message a number of times as I struggled through the process and that adds to the frustration that a message was not included in the delivery.

There was no notification of this on the online booking, however they messaged after the order was placed.
Shame, & strange these days there is no delivery progress tracking available either. Not even a delivered message.
