Purchased the Air executive earbuds. First pair stopped working after 2 weeks. Sent it back and got new ones...the controls on them didn't work at all. Both pairs that I got had a really annoying static hum. Avoid their products, they are absolute trash and not worth the price

Recently after only 6 months of having my jlab buds one of the buds stopped working for no apparent reason. When I emailed I was worried with it being in the USA it would take months to resolve but in less than 3 weeks of reporting the issue I had a brand new set of buds delivered to my house in the UK with no real issues so thank you Jlab for really great customer service. I didn't score less than 5 stars as a faulty product can happen anytime so I have awarded the 5 stars for the customer service and I think the product is great for the price.

When I am wearing my JLab earplugs, I feel on a whole other level. The batteri keeps them playing many hours in a row which is surprising compared to other earplugs I have tried!
Oh btw I have the earplugs suited for sport! and i love them :)

I had a few issues with my Jlab earbuds after about 7 months of usage. I researched my options, and stumbled upon a 2-year warranty that apparently comes with the product. However, I had purchased the earbuds with a gift card, and hadn't kept the receipt. I called to see if there was anything else I could do. The company put me on hold for a solid 15 minutes, but in the end, it was definitely worth it. They allowed me store credit for the price I had purchased them at, and a new set was on the way after about 3 days. I really appreciate their customer service, patience, and kindness throughout this time period. I don't know about everyone else's experience with them, but my earbuds were absolutely perfect. They charged really fast and held on to the battery for 3-5 days at a time. They fit amazingly, and the volume controls were just right so that no one else could hear what I was listening to.

Am I the only one who found these far to big to actually stay in the ear?
The super bright LED light on them keeps my wife awake as it points at her.

The volume is adjustable down to a whisper which is good when you just want to be rocked off to sleep with feint sounds in the background.
As with every earbud I have tried, the battery gets low and some CCP authoritarian voice says at high volume. 'Battery Low!' - what is wrong with a feint beep of just let the damn thing go flat - it wakes me up every time....
None of these things are rocket science.

The worst. Crappy product that does not work and zero customer service. They won't respond to email and when you call they are always mysteriously "in a meeting". Do not deal with them...so not worth it.

I bought a pair of Jlab Go Air Wireless earbuds. For the first few months they were okay. Not amazing but for the price they were decent. However, over the past few weeks the audio has kept on cutting out and when I am watching a video the already bad sound quality would go to a quality which could be compared to a phone call with a bad connection. I searched on John Lewis (where I got them) and all the bad reviews had a response from Jlab saying how they had a “two year warranty”. I was think that was great and I could get a refund and get an actually decent pair of earbuds or headphones. I sent them an email and they sent an automated response with a code. Then a few hours later I got an actual email from them with the same code. It was waffling on about the want you to find your go ect. Then it told me I had to slice my earbuds and case in half and send them a photo! How ridiculous! Also, it is at their discretion. So if they decided there was nothing wrong I would go from having some malfunctioning earbuds to something I couldn’t even use! And to top it of the only thing they would give you was a voucher to buy more of their products. Why on earth would I want to buy more of that rubbish. I hope this is helpful to future buyers.

Jbuds Air. These earphones are atrocious like every other jlabs product I have used. They aren't loud in the slightest and don't stay in your ears, even after using every earpiece provided and my own ones. I was ripped off and I can't return them because I dumped the packaging. Horrendous.
