Purchased Jlab go air ear buds. After 1 week there is now constant connection issues with iPhone. Regularly have to go through reset process. Very unstable technology in these ear buds. Very poor user experience. Not a great product at all.

My new jlab headphones continue to disconnect from each other… I can listen to 2 songs before they don’t match up. And now one doesn’t even play music. So many cool features but you can’t get the main Bluetooth connection correct. Worst 70 dollars on headphones I’ve ever spent.
Great customer service!
After being a regular user of a set of fit sport wired Bluetooth earbuds I was treated by my wife to a set of Epic ANC sport earbuds for Christmas 2021. The earbuds were a welcome gift and they paired easily with my iPhone. However during used the left earbud experienced random disconnects for 20-30secs. On contacting JLab support they offered no quibble replacement but I chose not to go with the sport version but rather opted for the Epic Air ANC earbuds, which so far have performed faultlessly and sit much more comfortably in the ear

In my opinion audio quality is great for price. Got these as a gift 3 years ago and ate still going strong. I accidentally left on in a pocket and still miraculously worked after being in the washing machine
Lies about return process
Trash products with misleading returns process. They have a proper returns page with a form to fill out. BUT the canned response email changes my return back to "warranty claim". There is a small note that returns have to be processed thru EMAIL ONLY. They are wasting my time when I want my money back for a product that doesn't work. Or buy thru amazon/third party to avoid their convoluted and misleading return process. I don't trust them given the rep of the customer service as reviewed on this site....

I recently bought the JLab GO Air earbuds, like just yesterday, and when I went to use them today, the left earbud wasn’t working. I tried everything I could think of, and nothing work, and I figured that the left earbud just immediately turned off when I took it out of the case. Terrible product, don’t waste your money on this!

As with most reviews below, had problems after 6 months, 1 of the ear buds doesn’t charge without me resting something heavy on top of it, music cuts out every few seconds once the battery is down to medium, very regularly have trouble connecting to my phone, and then sometimes randomly connects in the middle of the night and starts playing music. They work for the first few months and then just go haywire, as per other reviews.

Purchased buds at Christmas and 3 months later wouldn't charge using either USB charging station, wireless charging Dock or specially bought USB adapter.
Contacted customer service who advised they would replace them....great, or so I thought.
Rather than return the product to them I had to instead send photographic evidence that they were destroyed beyond use. Hammer time!!
Needless to say a few months on, and several emails later, I have still not had either further communication nor replacement buds.

Utter rubbish
Utter rubbish. The fit is dreadful even with the smallest bud cups and they constantly fall out of your ear.
After a month one stopped transmitting sound although the volume button still worked. Don't buy. You'll be sorry.
Absolute rubbish
Brought the Jlab go air earbuds and as soon as they reach ‘medium battery’ they cut out every couple seconds so are completely useless after an hours use!!

This company partners with Fed Ex
This company partners with Fed Ex and is only open mon-thru. Weekends are a no go for typical 9-5 workers that leave the home. Fed ex is a terrible shipping company and as far as I am concerned any business that ships with fed ex are aware of how bad the company is for packages. Drivers steal packages, you have to be home, lost packages.... This company likes to take the money and not give the product. I gave up on the replacement product after waiting 2 1/2 weeks for delivery and just bought a brand new set of the competitors.

My experience is different from most here. At least one reviewer would likely call me a "bot" or similar epithet. I can assure you I'm just a consumer that had a problem with a JLab earbud (Epic Air ANC). I contacted JLab, and while their solution was bizarre, it was satisfactory. After responding within 24 hrs (yes!), they asked me to smash my earbuds, take a pic and email it to them, at which time they would send me another pair. While different from what I was expecting, that solution saved me from having to mail the buds to them. (I opted to exchange them at Best Buy instead since it was within their return window, but was happy to learn this in case of future problems). BTW, I love the earbuds. I own many brands, from cheap to expensive, but these are my go-to's unless I need more portability that day - my jeans being tighter due to QWES "Quarantine Waistline Expansion Syndrome" (the case is larger than most, as are the buds, but that's the only knock - features and sound quality are easily 5-star).

My ear buds stopped working soon after I purchased them, but the return process was easy via email, and my representative Scott was attentive and prompt in his responses.
Bad product but great after sales support.
Bought a set of their highly reviewed Epic Air ANC earbuds.
However the earbuds were either over egged or faulty.
The ANC ( active noise cancellation) didn’t seem to work and the clarity was awful.
Give JLab their dues and why this a five star review is excellent customer service even in a pandemic.
The support was great which enabled me to return these without fuss to Argos.
The worst customer service ive ever experienced
My headphones stopped working 5 months after getting them. I tried calling customer service, and spent more than an hour and a half on hold with absolutely no help. This company makes garbage and then refuses to honor their warranty by just not picking up the phone when you call. This way they can say they didnt deny service/warranty, they just weren't able to process your claim. This is a terrible company and you should steer clear if you want actual customer service.
