Disgrace.
Been using for a little while no problems.
But then 25th December the same day my wages were sent via bacs the pause my account I cannot get hold ov customer services and when they reply I get the same response over and over they say it will be reverted back then bam I get a notification from loot my wages have gone into that account so now I know for a fact they have my money and no reversal has happened I am contacting ombudsman and the police thefts and fraud comes to mind

I have been using Loot card since November 2018 and I am extremely happy with it!!

BE AWARE stay away from this for your own safety better of using monzo instead. Loot will freeze your account after u top up more than £100. What they do is freeze your account ask you where u got it from but the trick is your account stays on hold/review for EVER or UNTILL the company goes BUST! U cannot contact them as the main number they have is an automatic robot voicemail. The only way to contact is online chat but they will never rePly it’s a scheme all these GOOD REVIEWS are from their own people friends family or people that just top up less than £25s

This is the worst bank EVER. They will steel your money I put 5 grand in my account and they paused my account. It’s now saying error, it’s been saying this for 3 months now! They don’t respond to you. They will steel your money

Money transfer is very slow but other than that it is very good bank to go with for small cash card

It's good could do with an over draft tho

They put my account on pause for no reason and say they are investigating and won’t give me my money back!!!!!! I can’t pay any bills or rent because of Loot. They ignore your messages!!!! I need this money to survive! I am gonna talk to Ombudsman service!

Unacceptable don’t use they will steal your money.

Been using Loot for a few months just for using the Lootgoals feature just to isolate my savings into goals has been working a treat transfers can be a little slow but the money always hits the account with no issues I had issues transferring some money out after a quick check it was my fault using a wrong digit on my sort code support has always been fast I would never use the account for large sums of money or my wages being paid in I would only use a fully regulated bank for this

Thee best digital bank out there and an awesome see through card design 100% have recommended to friends and family

I have been using loot for my wages to be paid into and general spending. The customer service is always great and very helpful. Great way to see how much I’ve spent and keep up to date

Dear Loot, I must say the level of customer service of lack of it, is somewhat disappointing. App chats go unanswered emails not replied to, all in all not the level of service you would expect from a so called Bank. Social Media is a double edged sword and you use it to promote your business and attract clients, however clients who do not get the level of service they expect or were promised also have a voice. Can Someone PLEASE contact me

I can't believe they get away with this. My daughter has been saving hard for a holiday, putting her savings in loot. She is now unable to access her money as it keeps saying there has been an error. We have tried messaging, e mailing and calling loot several times a day for nearly a week now with no response. We have spoken to several people on live chat who are very helpful whilst they think we would like to join loot, but as soon as we say what the problem is they stop responding. My daughter is understandably upset as there is only 1 week until her holiday. Reading other reviews, i am not hopeful of getting her money back. PLEASE AVOID THIS BANK.

Better service than any bank I’ve used- super easy to keep track of spending because you can set budgets AND transactions appear IMMEDIATELY (unlike normal banks that take 3-7 working days). Customer service is really helpful and super fast. Would 100% reccomend particularly for students.

They are the worst! I have filed a complaint with them and they said they will get back to me by 14th November and they have not done! Their chat team sees your messages and does not respond. They have held my money for 7 months and not released it to me stating my account is in review when I can truly bet they're using my money as leverage on their forex account! Don't trust this bank at all!

Only used the bank for 2 months then my account was stopped for no reason , they ignored all messages on in-app chat & facebook and are withholding my money it has been 3 weeks now still no response

I advise everyone to never use this bank theY will steal you money

It has helped me to keep track of my budget. Overall great service and functionality

Everything is great, it works the exact same way as the other trusted bank accounts work except for the cash deposit problem and international transactions. You can request intl transactions but i had a bad experience with them, it took 9 days.
