I have been having problems with my account over the past two days. The online services are horrible they don’t even help. They barely answer your questions. I am definitely not going to be using loot anymore. My humble advice anyone out there don’t get this card it’s HORRIBLE

You can instantly put money on your account using Apple Pay. There are no fees when using the card abroad and the app tells you how much you spent in pounds and in the local currency. Definitely recommend

Using loot for a few months
I’ve used Loot for the last couple of months, really helps to separate my money when I get paid to know what I can spend after all my bills are done. Huge help with the goals to save with and shows all transactions so you know where your money is going. Bit slow when transferring money across that’s the only thing I’d say to improve. Other than that I will continue to use Loot happily! :)

Very good customer service
The only reason l don’t offer 5 stars is because the transfer of money from bank to Loot card is very slow to update. It takes 3 or 4 hours.
Other than that they are quick to reply to any queries and are very helpful.

If they're taking longer than this please drop us an email at support@loot.io and one of the team will look into getting this sorted asap.

Scam
I just feel like I should of seeing the other reviews soon enough and have withdrawn all my money from this scam, so another victim here as they paused my account and now are avoiding and ignoring my texts, police will be definitely involved. They need to be brought to justice.

Sends instant notifications when you use the card and is a good way to stick to a weekly budget.
