Am new to using loot but so far so good

I did not have a problem, I was always very well looked after.

Everything with Loot was going perfect until yesterday. i’ve been waiting for more than 24hrs to get in contact with someone from loot to discuss a serious situation. i wish that had a telephone number which would make life easier

I got this card on the recommendation of a friend who uses it to budget weekly spending, however a side benefit neither of us knew about was the commission-free spending in other currencies. So far I have used the card without problems in the Netherlands, Czech Republic, USA, UAE & Australia - even taking cash out has been easy, and free of charge for the first couple of withdrawals in a month. Back home it’s an easy app to use for budgeting, with any spending clearly categorised. Will continue to use both at home in the UK and abroad - would be great to see a link with Apple Pay soon!

Amazing card to use if you are travelling.
I got it because I am EU citizen myself living in UK. When going abroad I often noticed how expensive it is to use my current bank card I had, as it had lots of charges, even if used only for purchases. With this card I have found it so easy - no extra charges, currency rates really favourable to myself and the easy use with the app is great!

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD! I AGREE WITH ALL PRIOR COMMENTS REGARDING THE FACT THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM I HAVE HAD TWO REFUNDS COME INTO MY ACCOUNT FROM UK STORES AND THEY HAVE PAUSED MY ACCOUNT I HAVE OVER £3200 STUCK IN MY ACCOUNT. ALTHOUGH I HAVE GIVEN THEM THE RECEIPTS ETC MY ACCOUNT IS UNDER REVIEW AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS I AM BEING IGNORED! LOOT DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS SAYING EMAIL THE SUPPORT ADDRESS AS I HAVE EMAILED THAT ADDRESS EVERYDAY AND ALL THAT IS HAPPENING IS IM GETTING IGNORED! UNPAUSE MY ACCOUNT LET ME ACCESS MONEY AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT DOWN WHY ARE YOU HOLDING ON TO MY MONEY JUST TO TAKE IT FOR YOURSELVES. BE MORE EFFIECIENT AND STOP STEALING PEOPLES MONEY MAYBE YOU WILL ATTRACT MORE CUSTOMERS THIS WAY I HAVE OVER 30 FRIENDS THAT HAVE LOOT ACCOUNTS I HAVE INFORMED THEM ALL OF THIS AND THEY WILL BE LOOKING TO SWITCH OVER TO MONZO. I ALSO HAVE OVER 400K FOLLOWERS ON INSTAGRAM I WILL BE MAKING THIS GO VIRAL AS YOU CANT GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!

YOU HAVE BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT DUE TO A REFUND GOING INTO MY ACCOUNT FROM TWO COMPANIES AND I HAVE PROVIDED WITH RECEIPTS FOR ORGINAL PURCHASE ASWELL AS REFUND RECEIPTS NOTHING THAT I HAVE DONE IS OUT OF THE ORDINARY! I THINK IT IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY IF YOU ASK ME. SO THE RESPONSE THAT I HAVE GOT BELOW IS LUDACRIS!

Amazing customer service, easy and functional app and great card. Only issue is the transfer times but I presume that's more to do with the recipients bank than loot so can't be helped! 4/5 overall

Good bank and efficient bank

Excellent bank, really good customer service, they were the only bank account to accept me when others wouldnt, really good bank.

On paper Loot does just what I want (no charges, can't go overdrawn,realtime statements) and the support staff are friendly and respond quickly. However, it loses 3 stars because above all else a bank needs to be reliable and accurate and in my experience Loot isn't.

The online statement is full of bugs. The first day's transactions disappeared by day two. There were a series of spurious transaction for £0.00. Some of the merchant descriptions were wrong - e.g. purchases from a builder's merchant appeared as spending at a women's fashion shop. Statement details change between viewing, so a transaction attributed to Morrison one day was attributed to a student lodging company another day.

Money can be transferred in by faster payments. Generally this works OK with credits arriving promptly. However one payment went missing. Initially no once could find the payment and the sending bank was blamed. A message from the sending bank pointing the finger firmly at Loot resulted in the money being found and credited a week late.

Loot say that their payments are handled by a third party and it was down at the time I initiated the transfer - this was compounded by subsequent difficulties they had obtaining details of the failures from the processor.

I think Loot has good intentions but if they outsource their payment processing then they are responsible for ensuring the outsourcer is up to the job and, if necessary, should take steps to find a new processor or bring the function in-house.

And being friendly doesn't make up for broken systems - so the 'hey, don't worry, it's just a bug' attitude doesn't fill me with confidence.

I am staying with Loot for now and hope that they get their act together but, as far as my continuing custom is concerned, they are on probation.

Non so se il sistema di sicurezza è infallibile, perché mi hanno rubato dei soldi che avevo sulla carta Loot.
Il servizio è stato ottimo nel risarcirmeli.
Loot come carta è molto buona, ti consente di fare svariate cose; ovviamente non è una vera carta di credito, la definirei di più come carta di debito e/o ricaricabile.

Transferring money to the account takes abit to long

money sent hasn't arrived and they didnt give any warning of an issue until logged in the app. no indication of when can have access to money. very disappointing especially when i need to live...
