Definately Recommend This Service
I have been using loot for over a year now and have never had any problems with anything. All the terms and conditions about limits are very clear. Transfers from another bank on to my Loot Card always hit within the hour. The initial setup was painless card turned up within a few days setting it up on the app and off I go. Would definitely recommend this card to anyone.

Everyday banking made easy!
Have been a Loot user since January 2018 and highly recommended it to anyone looking for a no-fuss everyday banking solution.
The Loot app is gives you a great overview of your spending habits on a monthly basis and if you are trying to stick to your budget, the app helps you to do that with its insights into your spending history.
The card itself looks chic and I love the colour. Overall, I'm satisfied with Loot and its services.

Good customer service, very quick
I use the card to budget and save a bit of money. Customer service is really great, easy to contact, and they usually reply within 5 minutes. Have had no real issues so far

Highly recommended card & app!
Super easy to set up and use, app is updated immediately after using the card so no having to remember what you’ve paid for or going over-drawn.
Helps me stay in control, is contactless and I can transfer money easily (although not instantantly however this isn’t that important to me). Even has an option to set up a budget if required.... Would definitely recommend.

So good. Brilliant budget tracker with the option to omit one off spends in order to stop them warping your budget. Very helpful to see how much I’m spending each day, in what shops and in what areas (groceries, shopping, food and drink etc.) Had one problem transferring money out, and the team you speak to on the app were quick to respond and resolved the issue straight away, very friendly and professional. Very good overall experience!

It's a really good bank and has never let me down to be honest the only thing I would ask of them is to speed up the inbound and outbound transfers to myself and people. Otherwise choose this bank !!
