Amazing banking app with great rates and very easy to use interface.
I love the fact the loot bank card I have is contactless and that I can use it everywhere.
I only wish that international bank transfers were possible.

Never had any problems with Loot, always able to do payments especially useful when abroad and using different currencies.

I've been using loot for about 6 months now. I can't understand some of these reviews. Usually I get a reply to any concern in less than 5 minutes. It's not often any longer than that. I've never had money dissapear and my account has never been paused. The service is great. They are friendly and explain things clearly. Highly recommended to anyone after an alternative to other banks.

Great app for keeping your finances in check. Also - no hidden fees on currency conversion when spending abroad, and the 'pause' feature is very handy when you think you've lost your card.

My loot account has been deactivated without any reason l have my money in this account I have contact loot for my money and they send me an email to show a prof of screenshots of the money from the person who send it,after all a guy from loot call (Noah) send me a message of why I use different email name for my account which I Have explain to them but yet still they don’t even answer my messages I think from the reviews people have share they want to steal my money like they have done to other people can anyone tell me what to do.

I was the victim of fraud and loot have placed my account on pause and ignored every single message I’ve sent trying to get in contact

This app offers real value. I feel confident about managing my budget, and the instant as-you-spend balance notifications help me stay in control. I think Loot have responded to a real user need that the banks didn't know existed.

As I was told to by loot I messaged them after writing a review it’s now been 24 hours and I’ve still not had a reply from them my account is still on pause and nothing has changed do not trust your money with them i left a main bank for them because I thought it was easy £100 goes into my account and the account gets paused don’t wast your time with them you’ll just be ignored

Warning Loot are scammers. They start off good and polite untill u deposit your money then they block u. My son's money disappeared from his account and when he tried following up with Loot as the mo ey nevet arrived to its destination they blocked him. On the chat they will appear but immediately they realise we r chasing up the bank statements to see how come the money never arrived at its destination they disappear from line. We have attempted several times to go through wired cards on
01912275450 who r linked with Loot, they have lied to us by placing us on hold the line and they can transfer us to Loot but they always come back and say no one is answering. Can u believe this nuisance that Loot is not picking up calls from Wired cards? Anyway, to cut the story short, it's been more than 4 months chasing Loot and wired to help trace the funds with no success. Loot r FCA regulated and registered with Ombudsman. We have reported them to the above and they r investigating. I would suggest u guys do the same if Loot has stolen or blocked yr money. This Loot needs to be brought to light and shamed to avoid other innocent people lost g their hard worked money
