Your shipping is overpriced and way too slow. It makes me not want to buy anything even when you are having a sale because the shipping is going to jack up the price substantially. How come your competitors pricing like are not as high? Not to mention I bought another piece previously that cost $2,000 and less than a month later it’s on sale for $1,200. That’s was also upsetting. I also paid for something and paid for white glove delivery cause that was the only option and it’s arriving fed ex.

rivas footstool
I ordered two of the rivas footstools. Let me start by saying that they are still gorgeous and great for the price. They don’t wobble either; they’re very sturdy. My only issue is in the picture, they look to be a medium brightness, but in real life, they’re definitely darker. (which i understand why— mahogany is the type of wood they’re made of. I ASLO UNDERSTAND that the picture can be deceiving due to differences in light/rendering.) So the finish that they applied does not give it any more of a lighter/warmer shade. Still gorgeous and I will be keeping, but I am pretty bummed about the shade as I had planned my interior around it.

Small Wallpaper Sample
Generally speaking your merchandise is beautiful. However, I ordered a wallpaper sample and it arrived the other day. The size of the sample was approximately 4.5"x5.5' - it did not show any of the pattern, just fragments of the images. Maybe you should not advertise wallpaper if this is your sample size.

I have emailed customer service…
I have emailed customer service multiple times.
First the delivery set up was a disaster and unprofessional.
Then the materials provided by Lulu and Georgia to make sure the mirror could be secured to the wall were not verifiers or checked to hold the weight of the mirror and fell off the wall within 12 hours even though we hired a professional team to do it.
The bands were made of plastic
The mirror is extremely heavy they ripped straight off the wall
On top of that we have two small dogs who could have been completely crushed by the mirror
Also, the glass could have shattered everywhere!
So unsafe and so horrible

They are beautiful pillows and the fabric is amazing. I had two of the pillows and I ordered a third one. Unfortunately, the fabric batch on the third one was a little bit darker than the other two but that is many times unfortunately how it goes. Otherwise I love them!

Terrible customer service
I placed an order at 7:54pm on Oct. 4th and used a 10% new customer discount. The following morning on Oct. 5th they had a sale of 30% off. I contacted customer service to ask to switch the 10% to the 30% discount since I ordered 4 hours and 6 minutes early without knowing they’d have the sale and they would not change it or give a store credit. I spent over $1,000 and that’s how they handled it. Terrible customer service!!
