They made it easy to stop shipment on a rug that was back ordered. Refunded it easily and my shipping cost as well. Never worried to order an item because the stand by their return policy if it doesn’t work out.

For the price they charge, super disappointed
For the price they charge, I’m disappointed by the lack of quality control. We received a mirror that incurred an additional $200+ white-glove delivery fee, only to find that the mirror itself was scratched and the frame was slightly dented upon arrival.
The finishing quality is also disappointing. The seams around the mirror are inconsistently sealed, with visible pieces of packing styrofoam stuck between the seams.
Overall, we are not satisfied with the quality of the product, especially given the price and additional delivery fee. Since it took approximately a month to arrive, we’ve decided to live with it rather than go through the hassle of returning it. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be ordering from Lulu & Georgia again.

I have yet to receive the product so not much I can say about that. The deliver service used for completing my order is horrible. Extremely expensive for them to cancel my delivery date and say they can't get it to me for another week. Insane and now delaying my renovation project. White glove delivery not very white glove
I was required to pay $200 for white glove delivery for a mirror I purchased. However when it was delivered, the delivery team told me they do not install the anti-tip hardware, so now I need to do it myself or hire someone else. My assumption with being required to spend so much for delivery would be that they would do this as part of it.

2 wreaths, and quality issue rectified
I ordered 2 wreaths, one for fall and one a dried flower wreath for spring. The fall one is beautiful, the flower one was bare and had shed all its flowers in shipping and looked nothing like it was supposed to. When I reached out, Lulu and Georgia gave a full refund. Customer service was incredible, so easy to work with, and despite my disappointment I would shop here again just based off how great they were to work with.
