Delivery of order was very prompt and parcel arrived safely. I was clumsy and damaged a part which was not available from the website. On contacting Customer service, they were very understanding and said they would try to source the part. Next working day I got an update. 2 days later, I received the part. I am very grateful for the excellent attention and the efforts made to source this minor but important part on my Mixstar stand mixer. On first use, I found it worked very well, good results (although the Victoria sponge recipe in the book requires more mixture for the baking tin size!). The parts are well packed and the holder for storing is well designed. Mixing bowl is sturdy stainless steel. Speed controls worked well, very useful to have a count-up timer too. Thanks for everything!

My first time using MR customer service desk. I felt i had to jump a few hoops claiming under manufacturers warranty for my fault iron. However that person feeling aside logically it makes a of sense. We managed to get to the bottom of it all and was sent a refurbished iron which came the very next day! That impressed me massively. The staff and service is rapid and really helpful. Thank you MR team!!

Had delivery of a new Morphy Richard's steam iron - water tank was leaking from the start. Found the communication a bit frustrating as I had to do video's, photos etc of the item . Having done all this and investigation I have now received a replacement tank. Please be aware older people might struggle with all this technology to do all that is required! Pleased with the iron itself

Customer service replied promptly and politely to our issue. They guided us through a checking process and their instructions were always clear and professional. They were extremely helpful in resolving our issue, which unfortunately couldn’t be fixed, by sending a replacement product very swiftly. Overall, excellent customer service and we wouldn’t hesitate to buy future products from this brand, safe in the knowledge that any after sale care required would be dealt with so efficiently.

Due to the unclear checkout process with Morphy Richards I ended buying 2 kettles instead of 1 by mistake . I was unable to cancel despite getting on to their customer service the same day as the order was placed. The return and refund process is unnecessarily slow and difficult. Also, the Motive 1.7L Jug Kettle I bought is EXTREMELY NOISY - the loudest kettle I ever had in 55 years - and it does not keep boiling long enough to be 100% sure that any germs in the water are killed and really dead.

My breadmaker arrived and when I opened it the kneading blade was missing. I contacted customer service and once my purchase was verified my part was ordered. The customer service was exceptional, keeping me updated regularly of progress and confirming my missing part would with me in a few days. Would definitely Morphy Richards based on this interaction.

I contacted Morphy Richards customer service on 6th June regarding kettle not switching off. They replied 10th June and by 13th I have received a new kettle. The kettle was within 2 year warrant, I sent proof of purchase, photos and video. Millie responded quickly. I would recommend Morphy Richards.

OMG! I can't believe how good this soup maker is! Why did I not buy one sooner! I always thought making soup in a pot was the best way but I was so wrong! My friend raved about his soup maker so in time I asked him which one he had and I copied him. I'm so glad I did as I think its amazing. I was quite poorly shortly after it arrived and fancied some soup so filled it up and switched it on, 20 mins later I had veggie soup that was all blitzed and ready to pour. Just what the dr ordered. Definitely worth ordering 💜

The item was delivered quickly but in first use was faulty - I contacted the customer service department who were excellent - gave me instruction to dispose of faulty item and offered replacement. I declined and got a refund which was issued without delay.

Their products are good. But if on occasion you find a fault they dont want to know. Thankfully the retailer honoured morphy richards three year guarantee and refunded. But they shouldn't have to and were quite annoyed at this.. Have now purchased another make plus two extra appliances. I won't trust them again. I found Millie not helpful at all

Regards a Compact Espresso Maker...
The machine had a fault after about a year of use, until then it made a very good cup of coffee.
I contacted Morphy Richards' customer service for help and after a couple of emails and photographs they sent a replacement machine.
Very impressed by their service.
We have had a number of Morphy Richards products over the years, and will certainly purchase from them again.

Please be careful with this Morphy Richards Slow Cooker 3.5 Litre 48709 Brushed Steel (with glass lid). It had only been used on 6 occasions. I was cooking a casserole on low and after 2 hours the slow cooker overheated and the glass lid shattered/exploded. Thankfully nobody was hurt but decent meat and vegetables could not be used (as full of glass). I have taken this up with Morphy Richards and they are not interested in refunding or even apologising. I have since read reviews that this has happened to others too. It’s shocked us that this has happened and also shocked us that Morphy Richards do not care.
