Wanted to give up vaping
Wanted to give up vaping, I have tried other methods which didn’t work for me. Never heard of muse or pouches before but thought I’d give it a go. Really impressed! Purchased 4 different flavours and they are all lovely and last a long time. These have really helped me stop vaping, on occasion I think I need a puff, more habit than anything else, no real cravings at all. Some reviews say they are expensive but I disagree as vaping can be expensive, the delivery was fast and efficient, at last I’ve found a way to stop! Thank you Muse 🤩

Amazing long lasting Bursts of flavour
This is a brilliant company, the nicotine replacement pouches are full of flavour that outlasts any other brand. The desire to vape or smoke is diminished when using these excellently designed pouches you put under your lip. The flavour range is extensive and I'm still reviewing 6 flavours I was sent as samples. I will post a full review of each one in due course but so far I'm really impressed, customer service is personal and approachable and I think they are a genuine UK company. Definitely the best Nicotine pouches for variety I've tested and this is the brand I will continue to support. Superb. Thanks 👍

Great service, great initial taste, but very salty after a while.
I obtained my free pouches to try to help me quit smoking, which I am extremely thankful for, as it has now been 4 days since I last had a cigarette. I ordered cool mint and cola ice (both 6mg I believe). They arrived very quickly
The tingle is great on both of them. The flavour is great on the cool mint, but I do think there should be more of a Cola flavour to the Cola ice one. It feels/tastes like 90% ice, 10% Cola, and personally I would prefer it the other way round, but I know not everyone would agree.
The main issue I have with the pouches, is that with both flavours, after using one for about 20 mins, they become extremely salty, and the salty flavour lingers on my gum for a good hour after discarding the pouch, which puts me off wanting to use this brand. I have experienced similar with some other brands free samples too, but the saltiness wasn't as extreme as the Muse pouches. If you could find a way to cut down or cut out the saltiness that occurs, I'd definitely buy some. And if they didn't have the harsh saltiness, I would be giving Muse 5*. We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. However, we must address the context behind this review.
Following our recent correspondence, it has come to our attention that you registered over 16 separate email addresses to repeatedly use our "TRY4FREE" introductory offer—designed to provide new customers with a chance to try Muse. This resulted in 16 free orders, totaling a retail value of £159.68.
Given this, we're surprised to hear such strong criticism of our flavours, especially considering the lengths taken to repeatedly obtain them. While we appreciate your interest in our products, this level of misuse compromises our ability to support genuine new customers and affects the integrity of our service.

Took up an offer for two free cans and they were the best nicotine pouches i've tried so far. The coffee and liquorice flavours were a nice change from some of the nasty flavours from other brands. The flavour also lasted a lot longer that others I have used. I opted for next day delivery and they arrived on time. Will definately use again.

Nice strong flavour
Nice strong flavour nicotine pouches. Nicotine doesn't burn throat like other pouches. Recommend licorice flavour. One pouch lasts me four hours. I am heavy smoker normally.

The good
Seems like a great company, good range of flavours (blue raz for the lads), delivery was fairly prompt, UK company, on the whole I am giving them 5 stars.
Don’t get me wrong here, few things are neutral about the products,
I find the pouches being dry a bit annoying, you do need to pop them on the tongue to moisten then get them in the lip or it can take some time to notice any nicotine delivery,
The ugly
The strength on the containers, it took me a min to see it, its per gram so if you order 12mg your pouch is 6mg as a pouch is ~.5g it caught me out, really it’s because I am used to others brands labels and made an assumption, so unless I want to have 4 pouches in my mouth with the 6mg/g I have a few packs that will go to waste.

Pouch dryness: We hear you! Our pouches are designed for a cleaner, dryer feel compared to some brands, but we understand that this may take a little getting used to. We’ll definitely pass this feedback along to our product team as we’re always refining and improving.
Nicotine strength labelling: You’re absolutely right – we state strength in mg/g (a standard measure), but we totally get that this can be misleading if you’re used to brands that list per pouch. We’re actively reviewing our packaging and site info to make this clearer and reduce any confusion in the future.

Your order was placed at 15:25 on 23.06.25, and you used our TRY4FREE offer, paying £3.49 for standard 2–3 day shipping.
We dispatched your order promptly the following morning (24.06.25) via Royal Mail. According to the tracking, it was successfully delivered today, 25.06.25, at 12:00.
We also offer a next-day delivery service for £3.99, but as your order was placed after our 3pm cut-off, it would still have arrived today even if you had selected that option.
