DO NOT BUY!! Awful quality jumpers, wrong sizes (actually 2 completely different sizes considering they were supposed to be identical jumpers), awful stitching (one is completely illegible) and arrived after Christmas despite guaranteeing Christmas delivery. Tried to contact them on all avenues and all that’s happened is I’ve been blocked on their socials! Disgusting!!

never order from this guys! they scam you! dont pay for nothing from them! if u want to lose money! and after you ordered they wont answer on your email or anything!!!

Took a lot longer than originally indicated to arrive. However have no complaints over the quality when it did come.

They sent me the wrong size and won’t refund me. The quality doesn’t look like anything from the “ stolen Etsy photo.” Never buy from this scam Chinese website. Terrible!

I NEVER received the sweatshirt that I ordered, but they sure received payment. Clearly I should have read the reviews because I was ripped off. Do NOT trust these people. The original tracking info which I have does NOT match what they are saying now. It is in fact impossible that I received the item on the 11th because after Christmas (it was supposed to be a gift), when they were asked for an update it showed that it hadn't been shipped until the 23rd. LIES. I am disgusted and out 45 dollars. Sham.

They sent sweater missing one name. I have asked to resend sweater with proper name. Have not seen a reply. I spent $85. It was a gift and I am not too pleased at the moment. I am waiting for a new sweater . I requested a new one. Will come back hear to give proper review of and when new sweater comes. Stay tuned.

This should be ZERO stars!! Customer service is horrible. I have not received my order. It was supposed to be a 5-7 day ship and it's been 3 weeks. DO NOT ORDER from this company. This place deserves to go out of business for poor customer service and lying about shipping.

Parcel never turned up still tracked In same position as 2 months ago.
4 emails sent no reply or no reply to social media posts
Worst company in the world , £ 45 for a jumper for kids to no even show up
Avoid at all costs and do not order or take notice of there fancy media posts complete scam

Same as all the other reviews, was supposed to be a Christmas present ordered on Dec 4th, emailed and received a “undeliverable mail” response. Tracking has not moved. I don’t typically shop online, but now I know to read reviews prior. SCAM!!!

Same as other reviews. Placed order on Dec 4th. Status says shipped on Dec 6th and has not changed since this and no update is provided.

Na enkele dagen geen bevestigingsmail gehad te hebben bleek dat er geen shipping information te zien was. Vervolgens een mailtje gestuurd en nooit antwoord gehad. Nu, na 3 weken niets gekregen, maar mooi opgelicht!

Wish I had looked on here first before ordering.

My 6yr old sons designed a custom hoody for their mum as a Christmas present and they were so pleased with it. Ordered on 4th December, was supposed to be delivered by 20th December at the latest.

Tracking data has been stuck on 'Info Received' since 5th December. Have emailed twice and no reply. There's a reason why there's no telephone number for this "business". Looks like it is a scam.

Would love to give zero stars!! SCAM company and just takes people's money and they never receive their items!! Waiting months on order now 50.00 euro. All emails ignored. Do not order from this company. It's a SCAM!! Report this site shouldn't be able to keep getting away with this!! Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!

It didn't for like two weeks so got onto the delivery company they explained the package was never handed over to them and I should contact mytopcustom I have tried with a few emails no replies on the website says they be in touch within a day
