SCAM COMPANY, they never update the shipping status. On YunExpress it always says "Shipping info received" meaning that the seller still hasn't sent the product to the delivery company. It's been 3 weeks now and the status still hasn't changed. I’ve emailed the company multiple times but they never respond. Steer well clear of this Chinese fake company

Unfortunately I never received my order I was really hoping I would as it’s a gift for my sister

Ordered a personalised light for my daughters bedroom on the 15th of November. It's been over 3 weeks and nothing. Customer service is not replying to my emails and I've emailed 5 times!!!! Absolutely shocking and I feel like I've been scammed out of nearly £50!!!!

I placed my order of a hoodie with custom writing on it on the 16th of November 2023, I didn't check any reviews before I purchased it as I discovered the company from a Facebook advert so I was very worried to see bad reviews. The hoodie arrived from China today delivered by evri so 11 days to produce and deliver is very good, the tracking process and communication was really good, make sure to Check your junk mail for any responses. The hoodie is very good quality and my wife is gonna love it. I'm very glad it wasn't a scam as alot of reviews said. Thanks guys.

Very bad experience, still waiting on an order that I placed nearly 2 months ago. Customer service not interested and I’m fighting for a refund. Absolutely disgusted about the whole situation. There are plenty of other websites for custom clothing, my advice, stay away from this one!

Over 3 weeks nothing has arrived scam!!!!

0 star is unfortunately not possible...I wish I known it before I ordered. I thought I ordered a nice birthday gift for my wifey. I selected the expedited option to make sure it will arrive on time. So after I check the track and trace everything is all unclear. So I send them an e-mail asking where my order is, within 5-10 mins later I received my package is delivered ?? Obviously there are still people who are making money by scamming people. I would recommend everybody to stay the F away from this website. DO NOT ORDER, IT WILL DISAPPOINT YOU!

Order placed 28th Sept with a 5-10 day delivery stated! 6th November & I’m still waiting! I have emailed several times , once I got a response to say it had been shipped & provided a tracking number, which gives no information! I have requested a cancellation & refund as this was a gift & date has passed so item is no use now. Company is now not responding! Shocking customer service, cannot comment on quality of item as it has not arrived! Scam! Stay away!

I am only giving it a 1 as there is no option for a 0. Absolute scam of a company. I have Never received the jumper I paid for which was meant to be customised and they are ignoring all emails sent to them. Tracking states shipped on the 23rd Sept 23 and nothing since. Stay away from them
